I don't even think filing a complaint will do any good look at their ratings what a joke and we keep letting them bully us and no one in there company gives a [censored] look at all the complaints and not one rewsolved they need to be put out ofd business and people need to donate elsewhere Thoise rude employtee and manager need to be fired for there racist terrible behavior I am going to file suit against them does anyone else want to join me please email me at [protected]@gmail.com
I have A youtube channel so I buy a lot of jewerly and clothes for my channel I would probably say I have shopped at this goodwill for about 3 years now and I am usually the one that buys most of there bagged jewerly, have bought at least 2, 000.00 of just jewerly not including clothes etc. I have become a victim of extreme harassment and embarrassment at least 5 different times at this store . On February 7th 2020 was the last straw . First off I FINALLY REALIZED THAT THIS STORE IS EXTERMELY RACIST. I am white and needless to say they hATE WHITES, they are all iranian and black the only white person i have seen work there is a security guard who is contracted out and they make hime show people jewerly and boss him around and tell him to do all kinds of things for them that have nothing tpo do with his job. every single time I check out with this one iranian checker she always does [censored]ty things likje make sure and ask me if i want the senior discount when im 43 and then she'll say of im sorry its not senior day really loud. IAM LIKE WTF.. I just pass it off but the lasyt 3 times have been outright rude and unethical. She rang up everything and i was 1 penny short she looks at me and i said i guess i have to run out to my car really quick, i wasnt more than 1 minute, and when i went to hand her the penny she said sorry you have to get to the back of the line, i am shocked as i look at at least 6 people in line I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER which this manager knows how much i spend in the store and automacticly took me over to the next cash register and rung me up right away and apologized for the cashiers actions. Then this new manager that works sometimes is totally racist against white people she knows that i buy most of the jewerly and she took all the jewerly out of the case when i was just about to buy some and repriced everything twice the amount that they have always been for 2 1/2 years i said that isnt fair and her reply was to bad if you don't want to pay it then so sorry for you, . I coulkdnt not believe it. Tahen this last time was an outrage the same employee and the same rude [censored] manager where closing the store it was 5 minutes before closing and I walked up to cashier and layed my stuff on counter and told her I wanted the bag of jewelry too, it was at the other case I walked over there thinking she was following me and when I turned around she was ringing someone else up I walked over to her and said what are you doing she pointed to the back of the line I said what are you tal;king about I call ed the managfewr over and the manager said of sorry its passed 8:00 its 8:03 please feel out the paperwork so you can pick up your items tomorrow since our store is now closed . what a joke I said no way I was here bewfore 8:00 to buy my things and she called the police and said I was refusing to leave. I want to know who can help me with these awful people who are getting away with totally harassing customers I want to know how I sue them for there toital uncalled behavior
