Bonanza - Unauthorized use of credit cards

Bonanza and its employees think they are above the law. They will use your credit card at any time they want even after you sent them a message telling them not to do it, they do not care, They just disregard your notice and use your credit card anyway. Where I come from that is what thieves and scammers do. After you read all the complaints on this site and know that statistics say that for every complaint with the BBB there are 650 others that did not file a complaint. Notice how many complaints are because Bonanza used the credit cards without authorization. Credit card companies should deny Bonanza be the ability to process transactions with their credit cards. The Attorney General of Washington State and other law enforcement agencies should investigate Bonanza and the folks working there.

Desired outcome: Reinstate our 2 stores that were closed with false accusations

Bonanza - Unacceptable business policies & practices

On March 17, 2021 our 2 stores were suspended. I know we did not have permission to sell the SSCS patches but we did not know they were listed on Bonanza. I believe they were bulk listed (pirated) from eBay to Bonanza and if I would have known they were there, I would have removed them. Once I prove that at one time we had the permission to make the patches and we still were making patches for Bonanza and that the patches from our designs that mentioned SSCS listed were to say that all the profits from our sales are donated to SSCS. Over the years we have given well over $5,000.00 to SSCS with all the communications we have with SSCS that I sent you that proves what I say, then you came up with a second reason which is completely bogus. You accused us of circumventing checkout saying that a Buyer was directed away from Bonanza to complete their orders on eBay”. This is not what happened. I have called the customer Mrs * * "*” * and she said that she was on Bonanza looking to buy 11 patches for her Girl Scout troop and a message popped up and when she clicked on the item she was directed by the Bonanza system to eBay. She bought 4 on eBay and then went back on Bonanza and contacted us to say she needed 7 more. Glenda our shop manager simply told her that we knew she already bought 4 and if she wanted 7 more from Bonanza we could do this and combine the shipping. It was the Bonanza system that redirected the Buyer. Now again you come out with the accusations that since 2019 we had 3 infractions do you realize that for that period we had about 750,000 listings on Bonanza. Well aside from the SSCS which I already debunked, I never heard of any others and you suggest we had 3 infractions, REALLY all I know that bot our Bonanza stores had many badges that you send for a great job we were doing. As expected, you bring up an accusation that you say can not be verified anymore. I have read all the other complaints on the BBB website and what are the most common statements about Bonanza.com are that you can not be trusted to tell the truth.

I do not recall receiving any notice from Bonanza, so far each time you bring an accusation against us, I prove that it is false with documents attached to this complaint and now you bring up accusations that can not be verified.

Here in the Philippines, the government does not give any money or support during Covid, and because of your actions, 2 of our lady's income has been drastically cut, not to worry I still support them this way they can feed their family. Because you have suspended our Bonanza accounts you are blocking all the other ladies from opening a Bonanza store. I wonder how far this discrimination will go, are you blocking all the Philippines? This is Systemic Discrimination at its worst.

Very shameful actions on your part.

Desired outcome: Reinstate our 2 accounts with all the listings and compensate for the lost income for the period you unjustly shut us down

Bonanza - my account was block from bonanza with no explanation

I opened an account on this website, only 5 days on 03/13/2020. sold abut 8 items .the Problem is Now 3 weeks have passed.
I have 1 cheat buyer complained at PATPAL say did not receive the goods.
so, right now, I very need to login account to view shipping number .

So this company is very unreliable. Close your account without giving any warning or notice, they should learn from ebay.

Bonanza - Scam

I ordered a product from Bonanza and it never showed up. I went to the Bonanza website for resolution and the links just kept going in circles without answers, except to contact the seller. I tried on several occasions, but of course, no response from them. They already had my money. The request for refund page went to a defunct web page. There is no phone number for contact with Bonanza. The website did offer an upgrade at a premium to talk to a representative on live chat, but I'm not throwing anymore money away. There are many complaints similar to mine on the internet. This company needs to be investigated for fraud ! I reported this complain to the BBB, since somehow they have an A+ rating on this company. I hope everyone else contacts the BBB too. I would attach a proof photo, but I have nothing to show, since my product never arrived.

My name is Pauline Oliver and I am being charge $24.00 on my Chase Credit card for Bonanza.com. I do not know what it is, and I would like you to remove the charges, last month and this month. I tried to call you to no avail. Please advise me on what to do.
