AVOID THIS SCAMMER!
I purchased a mattress from the company. When I went to pick it up they claimed that I already picked it up. I did not. On their records is a signature that looks nothing like mine. The warehouse employee is supposed to record the license plate of the vehicle that picks up the furniture. The license plate number written on their record is "ABC 143". License plates in Washington do not even come in that form. I think that is made up and a simple variation of "ABC 123". I believe that they took the $437 cash that I paid them and made a false entry on their logs to deny me the mattress that I purchased. I've been back multiple times to try to resolve this issue, but the company is doing whatever it can to avoid a resolution. They claim to have video footage of the warehouse, but did not look at it because they know it will not show me picking up the mattress.

I have purchased THOUSANDS of dollars of furniture from this company for both my home and my business. I have found there staff to be WONDERFUL! they are very good at what they do and are snappy dressers. I love how they handled my purchase they were thurough, friendly and honestly I had a great time while I was in the store. I received my furniture BEFORE the promised ship date and was amazed at the quality I received for such an AMAZINGLY LOW LOW PRICE! truley I think this store gets a bad rep from angry customers that probably are either trying to rip off the company or dont have money to purchase furniture! If you are not looking for a discount price on furniture straight from the factory and you want to pay over priced marked up prices from stuffy over dressed snotty sales associates I think you should take your complaint and see how far your dollar will go at Seldens! good luck and happy shopping
