Zips Car Wash

I was going through the car wash and the car jumped and bounced a couple times, I laid on my horn, I couldn't see anything as the car was full of soap, they came up and then left me there to review footage, came back and said I put my brake on, i'm like yeah after it jumped the track. I explained that when we went through with my husbands it jumped once but didn't throw us off the track. They started it up and the brushes did not turn just slid hard against my car, it was full of soap, then at the exit the sign didn't light up and the other car almost hit me, I had to drive out. Damage was done to the vehicle from this, its bad enough they are hardly open and when they are unless a long line they hide in office, most smell like weed and you can tell they are high. We are done with this company, my husband is very upset about the damage. And tell them to answer the phone in the office, we know they are sitting in there. And I had to find another place that was open to get all the soap off my car. This place wasn't like this before it got sold, it has gone down hill.
