I’m officially making a complaint and wanting resolution for a recent visit for Xeomin treatment at Ideal Image.

I spoke with a Consultant on the phone and was offered the $100 Halloween discount. I agreed to the offer then we arranged an appointment for Wednesday November 15, 2023.

I arrived to my appointment, I was declined the $100 off offer. They saw my consultation for the $100 off Halloween offer, I obviously had the arranged appointment and in addition they stated that now the $100 off Halloween Offer has expired. The Reception and Ideal Image Team stated the Consultant was supposed to have me prepay before the appointment and because she didn’t, I would not receive the discount. They spoke very poorly about the Consultant Team, placing various blame towards the Consultant Team and stated they could not resolve the issue and proceeded to “offer” higher priced offers/packages that were available since the $100 Halloween Offer was no longer available/expired.
I was considerably displeased, I was not at the point where I required treatment yet and the Halloween Offer was the only reason for making the appointment. I was highly dissatisfied with the ability for the Ideal Image Team to resolve an issue that was not my fault.
Respectfully, while I was speaking to the Team Member wanting resolution, she cut me off and stated “Well, I have another Client I have to prep for so you can speak to the other girl” and walked off leaving me standing there. I was appalled, embarrassed, humiliated and felt extremely disregarded. Am I not a Client as well that deserves time?
I’ve had a Membership and have been a Client with Ideal Image for 3 years now. While waiting for my treatment and after treatment, I endured condescending looks and whispers from the Ideal Image Team. My treatment that day cost me Double the anticipated price quoted to me by the Consultant as well as my self esteem. By the time I left Ideal Image that day, I felt very insignificant/small and emotionally defeated. I doubt I will ever receive resolution, respect nor an apology for a mess up that was not my fault in the least. I’m hesitant with continuing Service at that particular location.
Please Help with resolution and renew my trust and confidence with the horrible service and treatment I endured.
