Got a text message about a Power Smart Lawn Mower on sale
Bought it online, was never told about some policy involving putting gas in the mower and could get a refund, if there was an issue, had to take it to a service center first. There is only 1 problem, the Warranty Company is a 3rd party company call Amerisun, and you can't take it to a Service Center without Authorization and can't get a list of Service Centers from Amerisun first, problem you get put on hold and no one ever picks up the phone, Called 6 times no response. Tried option 2 for service center, states for parts go to and it gives a website. No service center offered.
I took the mower back to Menards and gave it back, told them I wanted refund or fix it. Not my responsibility to go to a service center. Let Menards do it. I bought it from them. not the warranty company and they made a profit on it.
I used the mower once, and a wheel fell off. There was no gas in it when I returned the lawn mower. The customer Service in Pewaukee WI is terrible. They still have my lawn mower, and I haven't heard anything back from them in over 5 weeks. I was told they were going to reach out to the buyer, for Menards so, they could contact Power Smart, and arrangements to get it to a service center. I never heard anything. Also went online and filed a complaint with Power Smart, generic email thank you for contacting Power Smart, we will get back to you, never heard back from them either.
I'm hoping to get some support, to solve this problem. If not, my next move is small claims court. I'm tired of playing these games. I just copied another complaint from Menards website, with pretty much the same problem, can't get and support from Menards. Menards has my phone number [protected]

Desired outcome: Actually, I just want the $223.60 i was charged on my credit card.I'm not going back to Menards to pick it up, which would let them off the hook.If you won't give me my money back, then Menards can make arrangements to get it fixed.
