We have had Pizza Hut several times a month for many decades, and seldom our complaints never required contacting for service. We pretty much "reorder" as we are pretty much satisfied with our choices. Yesterday, late afternoon we ordered our regular choices to include an order of 6 medium hot wings/ranch. We also ordered 2 thin/garlic crust medium pizzas both with extra cheese. 1 pizza had bacon, mushroom, and pineapple. The 2nd with roma tomatoes, meatballs, ground beef, and black olives...just like dozens of times before. Our "$50" order was delivered. Upon opening we found both pizza's extremely 'over baked' and not "crispy crust" but "hard like a rock" to bite through or chew. I, 3 months ago had all my upper teeth and lower molars extracted, and had eaten several Pizza Hut pizzas after my gums healed with no problems! This time I attempted 1 slice of meatball, olive, roma, and beef that hurt my gums severely enough to have RICE KRISPIES instead of the pizza's. My wife was unable to eat any pizza at all. We are 70 years old and our live-in son, caregiver, could not eat the pizza either. He did enjoy his 6 wings, and wanted the 12 instead. We have been having "house phone" problems and was to report this yesterday. We have enjoyed our Pizza Hut pizza's and would like to continue to have these pizza's on our menu. We have been "turned off" due the $50 loss, no dinner to consume, and how the cook could have the gull to box up these over done pies - shame on this store! The extra cheese must have "baked away" also (very sparse)...refund or replacement requsted-
