Suddenlink Communications - tv, phone, internet

I had been trying to get the Suddenlink tv, phone and internet bundle installed since September 6, 2019. I was also trying to accommodate the technicians, as I was moving from South Carolina to West Virginia, an 8 1/2 hour drive. I first tried online with them which was a free installation fee and the day of my install date they left a message on my cell stating my address can't be found, which I am a previous customer, so I know they know where my residence is located. I was put on and off from that date and even told "you will reschedule", which was extremely rude. Finally on October 8, 2019 they finally came out to install my bundle. After the tech finished getting everything installed, my bundle would not work, but he left anyway leaving me with no services. I called from my cell, which I have no service at my residence so I had to drive to find a spot to make a call, to see if I could get them to come back and get it up and running, but was told I had to reschedule, meaning I had to make an unexpected/planned trip back up from South Carolina. They then rescheduled for October 15, 2019. They did show up and put new equipment (boxes) and yet again nothing worked, no services. I called again from my cell trying to get them to come back again that day and get my services up and running. I was told they weren't coming that day but said they would be there on October 18, 2019. They did show up that day and again tried new equipment/boxes and when they were finished NOTHING worked. I called over 20 times trying to get help to get my bundle to work, or get someone to come out and fix the issue. When I called, I was put on hold for over an hour and a half several times and even hung up on three times. After the last hang up I called back and cancelled everything, all of the services I didn't receive, took all the equipment back to their business on October 21, 2019, which is out of my way and told them in their office what had happened and still want to cancel all because I never got to use my bundle services, and that I should not be billed for something I could not use, which she agreed. Now I received a bill for over $200.00 for something I did not get, use and taking the equipment back which was out of my way, that was "supposed" to work that did not. I should not have to pay for something I did not get to use, that didn't work from the first day, the extra travel expense I had to do to make sure that I was at home when they showed, all of the rudeness, hang-ups and run arounds.
