I have been a member of Sam's Club since 1998 along with my husband. My membership number is [protected]. I had a discover card with my picture on it from Sam's and then they transferred to MasterCard. I also have that card. A new credit card was mailed but we never received it or something happened. I tried to get it resent. They even told me we were increased to the PLUS membership back in April 2021. The problem is my name isn't on the account anymore. There is a Joseph Staats and my husband is listed as complimentary. No one will help me. It is my address and email but not my phone number on the account. They keep telling me to go to Joseph Staats and have him fix it. I don't know who the heck Joseph Staats is. Sam's made this mistake but they won't help me. I love Sam's but they won't talk to me now because I'm not on the account. Where did I go? HELP!
