The manager here will only let me return the jeans I have receipts for jeans the problem is that they only accept them for.14 days after the pp purchase and none in my size fit. So because you won't let me try them on in store, and in two weeks I have had to return here several times and still have found nothing in my size and style. I'm now stuck with them because on Monday my 14th day is up. Also the "manager" who tried to help me today has never waited on me before and has terrible customer service skills. I shop here twice a week and there is usually a professional friendly and helpful staff the short blonde haired manager refused to give me her name but she was working at the register at this location at 4:50 today Saturday the 27th. I have never had a problem returning here before. They have never made my items have to be the same thing as what I am returning because what you have in stock isn't static and there may not be anything in my size and style on any given day. I've looked all week and gave the receipts from my purchases, this is absurd.
Desired outcome: Id like to be able to return my items for any other clothing options
