I waited almost a half an hour for food I ordered in store, the girl that was behind the counter just keeped looking at me and complaining to the women she was working with this having to wait caused the gas pump to time out having to go back in store to have the pump reset. I wasted over half of my lunch break just trying to get gas and a small pizza to eat.
Desired outcome: Better service for customers that are alredin store doung business
Sheetz - Food chicken sandwich
I got a chicken sandwich at weirton wv sheetz and while eating it something got caught in my throat. I coughed up a sharp peice of plastic. Must have cut up my throat because now I am coughing up blood. I hope more didn't get into my system and is cutting up more of my insides... I really don't have anything else to add. Pretty sure I explained this Pretty well to what happened.
Desired outcome: I really do not know what I want at this point. But if I have to go to the hospital you will be hearing from my lawyer.
Sheetz - Mto
Stopped at the Weirton Sheetz store number 234 and ordered food and a coffee. They mixed up the chicken sandwiches, gave my girlfriend the spicy chicken and me the regular. We waited a total of 30 minutes between getting the food and my coffee. My fries were soggy and cold, her mozzarella sticks burnt. My coffee was made wrong. Just all in all the worst experience I've ever had at sheetz and would really like this taken care of. I ordered through the app and my sheetz card number is [protected].
Desired outcome: I would like coupons to replace the food items and the iced coffee.
Sheetz - Customer service, attitude and quality of food/drink
I come into the Weirton Wv sheetz on a daily (sometimes quite a fee times a day) with never any problems.
Today 03/09/22 @ 5 p.m. I asked the girl making my frozen mocha to add extra ice, blend on 4 and do the chocolate & peanut butter Swirl in my cup and on my whipped cream (I've been ordering the same drink for 4 years on a daily basis with no issue), she rolled her eyes and contacted another worker like I was bothering her.
She didn't make it like she was asked for 1 for 2 it's not blended all the way and has ice chunks, then I get to the register to pay and the short lady at the register came over and looked at my recipes like I did something wrong. Said they would have to charge me for it being made special (whatever I'll pay it Even though I've been ordering the same drink 2/3 times a day for 4 years), she got an attitude. So then I went to get my pack of cigarettes and the young girl was looking for them, the short older lady came back over and said "what do you want?" I said USA Gold Menthol 100's in a box, whe goes well they aren't there now are they? They are always in the same spot and you can clearly see they aren't, so obviously we don't have them. The young girl working gave me a look like I'm so sorry.
I've never been treated this way in all my years coming here, so I guess if she's going to continue to work there with her attitude and rude comments I will take my business somewhere else. I spend over $1,000 in this store a month to be treated like a piece of crap?
100% Unexeptable
Desired outcome: I want something done about the older lady behind the register, I'm not the only 1 she's been rude to. And my food and drink replaced with something for my inconvenience.
