Sonic Drive-In - Everything

I live in Cheyenne Wyoming I have constantly had issues with sonic, not sure why I even keep trying to go there none of the issues have been resolved and I won't be going back there this time. I ordered the 50 cent corn dogs and some drinks ahead of time online they took my money by the time I drove all the way across town to pick them up they ran out, every time I go to sonic I either wait 45 minutes for an order I don't get all of my order now I don't get any of my order. I'm very dissatisfied with the company overall and no one ever reaches out to me to make anything right.

Desired outcome: A free meal that was actually decent enough to eat would be nice, Or a response from someone that they actually even care.

Sonic Drive-In - Check 358 at sonic store on dell range cheyenne, wyoming.

On May 30 2020 at 434 pm my wife and daughter went to the Sonic to get something for dinner. Upon their arrival back to the house, they discovered that the order was wrong.
The Hamburgers were just sloppy and the first thing I asked was were they busy! My wife and daughter said they were not, I asked the girls to go back and make sure they had the right order and make my onion rings a large.
My daughter returned very upset and my wife was not pleased as well.
The meal looked worst than before and it was not fresh but cold. I immediately called and asked for the manager, she insisted that the burgers look like that when she got the order. I don't think so! I told her and I offered to take pictures and send them to her she insisted that they ( my wife and daughter) were responsible. As a Vietnam Veteran and a Father who's youngest daughter has Worked for your Restaurant I wasn't happy with her and the way she delt with the Situation. I am aware of the situation that our lives are going through with the virus and the way that people are being asked to work beyond their own abilities however this was just rudely and sloppy food preparation. I don't think I have ever had a meal not delivered correctly and cold. I don't think I will ever be doing business with that Sonic again and I will let my fellow Veterans know as well. It's the worst $ 33.86 I ever have spent.
