Was in the store in Torrington Wyoming on July 10 2019 at 3:15 P.M. the store manager grabbed a little boy by the arm jerk him around chewd him & the kids out for just looking at toys. Everyone hates to go in there because of the store manager she's rude & very unprofessional. There is so much stuff that she does to customer that its unreal. I think it's time your company does investigation on the store manager & get someone else in there that is kind & professional

I agree! The manager at Family dollar in Torrington WY definitely needs an attitude adjustment when it comes to good PR customer service especially with small children.
The day is coming where she is going to grab the wrong child and will get sued for assault against a minor child.
