Placed an order for 2 items on o3/12/2011, waited until 03/15/2011 for shipping confirmation and received nothing. Called and spoke to customer service and was told that it can take up to 5 days to get the confirmation. Called back on 03/21/2011 and was told that they had to wait for the distributor to ship the item. Spoke with ALLEN DIMICK who proceeds to advise me that the manufacturer had discontinued the medium size. Advised that I wanted the order cancelled immediately via email and verbally. Was told that it could take up to 2 days for the credit back to PAYPAL. Filed a dispute with PAYPAL. Checked with the manufacturer to confirm the story and was told that they DID NOT discontinue the medium size, additionally the manufacturer provided suppliers that stock the item. I placed an order with them and have already received the items. Now to get the refund from USATOOLWAREHOUSE.
The final step will be to have them served to appear in small claims court in NY to address this.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
