Used Conex review: I started talking with this group in 11/15/2024

They said I could order a short trailer for a 20"box because I did not have a"WIDE AREA"to turn around in, they said no problem. Just tell them... Fill out the confirmation... I asked for a few days advance notice because my son had to take time off to level the trailer. I confirmed on 11/29/2024. 10-20 days they said! HA! I called hoping delivery would be before the snow fell. They said not a"good enough"trailer box we need 10 more days... OK, I called in 10 days, we are hunting the small trailer to deliver, a few more days went by. So I called and started to complain the snow fell in NH. Christmas came and went. First week in January, where is my trailer? We have a good one, but we are so backed up... Jan 13th or 14th, I asked for the 13th.. They called and reminded them 2-3 days advance time... The 13th came, received a called it was to be delivered the 14th with a 60" truck and trailer combined. These people are on their terms regardless of all the false promises.
