They suck, man. Tried to ship something with their bro, Primorus, and they straight up lied about the cost. Paid what they asked and then they add some fake-[censored] charge. These guys are cheats, watch your back. I went to the *** to report them for being frauds. Don't give 'em your cash.

These guys at FreightPros powered by NTG are not trustworthy. They say one thing to make You feel good, but when it comes to keeping their word, they act like You are the bad guy. They were supposed to deliver on 03/05, but ended up delivering a whole week after on 03/11, which was way too late. They blamed me for their mistake, and refused to compensate me for my $52000.00 loss. This experience was the worst.

On 11/1, Freight Pros told us that our order never got delivered, and we were short 35 Student Chromebooks that nobody has found yet. Freight Pros hasn't been doing anything to help us get new Chromebooks for the kids. It's not great that they're not trying harder to help fix the problem. We already submitted a claim for it (#***), using BOL#***.

I thought it was my fault the first time, but I told them about it the second time because of the first. They charged me more the first time, and I let them know that, but they still charged me more. They want more money, $199, after I already paid for shipping.

I worked with FreightPros powered by NTG on Nov. 29, 21, and paid $184.79 on Jan. 07, 22 for a delivery. They brought my product to a business at a price they initially quoted me. My customer number is *** with an invoice # ***, dated Dec. 09, 21. However, they changed the price from $184.79 to $373.61 without my approval. They said the new price is because there's a home near the business, even though the business has a forklift to unload the truck. I checked and the home isn't owned or occupied by the business owner, and it didn't interfere with the unloading. But FreightPros says that if the home can be seen from the business, I still have to pay the extra fee. They even said the home doesn't have to be on the business property.
