The main guy that operates this fraud and also operates drugscare. us and medscare. us and medscare.org is Avnish Mishra. He is a director for an Internet co called First Web Design Llc. His wife Richa is also in on the Scam.
They will send u emails from fake tel#s or ask u to wire money by Xoom don't do it.
