UVC Lifestyle Collection review: Member exploitation

Scam Truly a scam. Paid for our membership in full. Had to cancel a recent trip in February due to COVID and memeber services was no support. Zoerty took $500.00 and did not offer and then sent an email encouraging us to rebook without mention of option to apply the monies they stole to a future trip. See below
