I did not think about the quality of water I had until I was shown what was coming out of my faucet. I could see the results of the regular water and the one the technician ran through the filter. He also pointed out the the water I would end up with would be even better. I got the system and it was installed in two days... really fast and professional. I even got a bunch of extra stuff, which is part of the program. Also, let them know if you're a Vet. I'm pleased with the water I get now. My clothes look and feel better after laundered. I would recommend looking at what VER offers! Thank you.

The rig sells itself. At the end of the day, their product is excellent. The 5 star rating was earned due to the sales system and how the company chooses to advertise. At this point I don't think there is any question on the quality of the water treatment system or the installation (they did a stellar job by the way), but I imagine some people would feel off-put by an in home salesperson. The salesperson was fantastic. He was honest and direct with a flair in his presentation that shows he loves what he does and can stand behind the product. Everything was made crystal clear, we chose to buy because it was just too darn good of a deal not to. Bravo Valley Environmental and their team!

Valley Environmental Resources did a great job of explaining the benefits and costs to address our concerns of waste and excess (i.e. water waste and buying things we don't need). From the sales folks to the installers and techs, they are all very professional and super friendly. John, the door-to-door guy, in particular, is one of the most personable people I have met. I have not yet needed to call the offices, but from what I have seen of the operation I have no doubt that the office staff are also wonderful. The products themselves we have had just long enough to see that we are very happy with them and are we are very glad that we finally took the plunge and softened our water.

Valley Environmental Resources did a great job for me. They were prompt-on-the-spot on installation (and the install crew was outstanding), they offered me the best possible deal they could, and they came back a week later to check the install and make sure the water was purifying the way it was supposed to. We had one glitch, when the financing company changed the agreed upon terms on us, but even then (especially then!) Valley Environmental Resources stepped up to the plate and the final deal was even better than the one I had originally agreed to! I would cheerfully do business with them again, based on their performance (above and beyond any expectations I had) so far in fulfilling this contract. Great company, great people!

From sales to installation, all members of Valley Environmental Resources were knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain everything and answer all questions we had about their system. And after installation, they checked on us to make sure the system was working as it should and if we were happy with the results.And we are quite happy with what our new water conditioning system has been doing for us. There is absolutely no chlorine taste to our drinking water any more, cleaning the house has been easier (we're watching the residue left behind previously just disappear), and our skin feels so much better after showering! If you have the chance to get this system, don't hesitate to do so!

We had our Aqua Guard installed less than a week ago. The difference in our water quality is very noticeable. Our contact with personnel at Valley Environmental Resources has been exceptional. We had a scheduled installation that couldn't be completed because we needed HoA approval for an exterior installation. Technicians John and Sarah were very understanding and installed the R/O unit so we could see some immediate benefit. Once the HoA approval came through, John scheduled us for the softener installation the next day. Sarah did an excellent job. So, so far, so good. We're happy with the improved water quality and found everyone that we spoke to or met from EVR to be very knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent service. From the initial appointment to the installation to the follow-up, every staff member has been friendly and thoroughly explained answers to our questions. Before we were contacted by Valley Environmental, we knew that we wanted to have a water softening system for our home. Especially since it doesn't take long to recognize the effects of the hard water here in [location]. The demonstration we were given was very informative and convinced us that Valley Environmental was the water-softening company to choose. The lifetime warranty and 6 layer filtration/softening process is better than the competition. The installation went smoothly and we have enjoyed having soft water. We will save so much on soap since cleaning products were included in our purchase.

If I could give this a zero star I would. Ladies came up to my door asking if they can get a water sample and in a few days would go over the results of the test. On Friday February 28 Robert Saxon came over and never once mentioned this was for sales until he was already in my house. When I told Robert I was not interested in a water softener he changed his whole attitude. he was rude, aggressive, and spent almost 20 min cleaning up the mess he made in my kitchen. When I asked him to leave my house he didn't even look up from his phone " he was on Facebook" and said "yeah yeah I'm leaving." He gave himself a score on how he did with the presentation and asked for our initials I wanted him to leave so I did. I will also be speaking to this company's managers and let them know what is happening. This is wrong and in no way should business be done this way.

The equipment works well. The tap water usually had a chlorine taste about it, but after the install it went away immediately. The salesman was friendly enough, had a lot of stories, and made a few jokes. The sales call got weird when he started talking about his ex-wife, and his ex-girlfriend later on. The person who walked me through the financial signing didn't seem too knowledgeable about the specifics of the contract. Additionally, I'm pretty sure I was originally told the payments had a 7.1% APR and not a 7.9%. Finally, word to future customers- the payments are based on 1.1% of the entire payment, the interest rate is almost 8%. So you pay 12% of the loan off each year, and then they add 8% back into the loan starting the following year. So you really only pay 4 months of the principle each year. The interest works out to almost as much as the principle if you don't pay more than the 1.1%

Valley Environmental Resources came to our house and talked to us openly about what Valley Environmental does and provides. He was entertaining and personable. We went ahead and bit the bullet for the whole water softener system. And so far, it has been a great system! The convenience of an R.O. at the kitchen sink has been a major plus. My six year old can reach with no problems and pour herself some refreshing water. In fact, bottled water doesn't even compare to the taste. Bonus, my laundry has come out so soft and plush. Really, the benefits to my laundry is what sold me on this. We are a family of four and my kids aren't getting any cleaner. The 2 installers, [Installer 1] and [Installer 2] came out the next day and did a great job installing. They cleaned up after themselves and were very nice. [Installer 3] showed me how to operate the units and how to troubleshoot in case of a power outage. He was a wealth of information and so upbeat. Thank you all for everything you do!

So far, so good. Even though we've only had the system installed for a few days, it's been great. First, the "presenter" Karim did a great job explaining the system's solution to the water quality issue. Second, the technicians were efficient, friendly, and installed the system with impressive cleanliness. We've noticed the showers are more comfortable and drinking water quality has significantly improved. I'm excited to see the long-term effects of having good-quality water. I've suffered from uncomfortable eczema most of my life and am hoping this improvement fixes it. Although the system appears more expensive than many you can purchase and install yourself, it may well enough be worth the additional expense given the quality, warranties, and friendliness of the company. Since the unit had to be installed outside, I'll be insulating the pipes myself and making a custom cover to protect it from the harsh sun. Will update or provide follow in reviews as we get more time with the system. But so far, I'm very satisfied.

Same exact thing as others are saying. I f your going to get a water system regardless than fine. I wasn't planning on one at the moment. A guy showed up to my house late in the evening stating he wanted to take a water sample.I was weary, but let him. He then said I would get a free gift card and someone wold be by tomorrow with my water results and card, never said anything about it being a sales man coming. The sales man came the next day, nice guy, don't blame him, I blame this disgusting company. Anyway had a briefcase in hand and said can we talk somewhere, I was already thinking WTH is this? I was interested in a water system anyhow so i decided to her him out. Asked me how my credit was, and because my husband wasn't home we should reschedule. Like i said i dont blame these two men they are just doing their job. I blame the sneakiness of this company, so disgusted right now, and not that I care but guess what no giftcard. You wont get it until you sit through the whole thing I guess. This lack of transparency will ensure that I never do business with this company and I will be sure to spread the word. You should have just been honest. The kid checking my water should say a salesman will be coming to talk to you tomorrow to go over our product then maybe it would have been different.

On 6/17 an employee named Julian came to my home and stated that he was testing the water in the neighborhood and ask that I provide him with a sample in a small container. He stated that he was with the Valley Environmental Resources and that there would be another employee that would come back to our home with the results of the test and would provide me with a gift card of $25 for our opinion and reaction to the water test. The next day David another employee came to our home and provided us with the results of the test. We gave him our opinion and that we were not interested in having a water softener installed at this time. David then stated that he was leaving, he did not provide a gift card and left. I called Valley environmental Resources the next day and complained that we listened to David and he left without providing the gift card of $25. The paper provided states that we do not have to buy anything to receive the gift card. The office said they would have David stop by and provide the gift card that evening. David showed up and told me that I did not watch his demonstration that takes about an hour and a half so I would not receive the gift card. Nothing in the handout that was provided says anything about us required to watch a demonstration for 1 1/2 hours nor was that even offered as a requirement.

Valley Environmental Resources and crew were beyond helpful in changing our lives! In one week, we've saved a noticeable amount in the price we pay for bottled water for both drinking and cleaning. Not to mention our plastic waste has been greatly reduced and we no longer have to worry about there being enough room in the recycle bin. Cleaning has also been a pleasant breeze, especially with washing dishes. Hand rinsing is another story while we adjust, but when it comes to dishes, just a light rinse under the faucet removes soap so easily! In the past, it would take a little bit of gentle rubbing to make sure all traces of soap were gone, but not anymore. I'm not as drained after washing dishes because of it. As an added benefit, one of our youngest that's been plagued with HORRIBLE psoriasis, is FINALLY beginning to heal! She went from daily bandage changes and needing to constantly wear tight pants (to discourage scratching) to being able to wear normal clothing without bandages again. Recovery is still a process, but to have her comfortable without broken and painful skin has been an amazing change to observe! All of the creams and remedies we could get a hold of, haven't made as big of a difference as simply changing our water has. I'm truly grateful to have found this company and this system. I can't wait to see how much of an improvement it will continue to make in our daily lives from here on out. :)

We had a great experience with this business. They installed a water purification system that has greatly improved both the general water quality in our home and the quality of our drinking water. Although they mentioned some potential financial gains through use of less soaps and detergents from installing such a system, and they provided a large supply of soaps and detergents designed for use with softer water, it's clear that the real reason for installing a system like this is to improve the quality of water going into your home and body. Even with government regulation of city water quality, many older homes have pipes made of materials that can damage the quality of water that was better when it left the city water processing plant. And there are dangerous chemicals like PCP that have regulated levels, but frankly we would be better off if we and our growing young ones were exposed to none or as little as possible of some of these chemicals. So on Earth Day this year, we upgraded our water quality with a water purification system and a reverse osmosis system from Valley Environmental. Everyone took time to explain things to us, answer our questions, although we were already familiar with such systems from having used them in a laboratory environment so we knew how well they work. Everyone we interacted with was nice, polite and highly professional. The installation went well and we have been happy ever since.

Started off, they knocked on our door and politely asked if we were interested in getting our water tested for hardness, PH level, chorine, and total dissolved solvents (TDS). We agreed and a week later BJ came by us to give us the results. He also performed a demonstration, more like a science project. He tested tap, drinking, and utility water. The demonstration made us sick of how harsh and contaminated our water was. This is the water that we cook, shower, and drink from. BJ displayed great knowledge of the purified water system and blew us away with the demonstration. We decided to invest in our health and future that BJ was able to secure us a next-day installation. The installation crew arrived a few hours early since they drove down from Phoenix to help out the crew in Tucson. I appreciated that they called me that they were on their way. The installation was quick, they are very professional and kept a line of communication with me throughout the installation. After, they explained about all the components operation, how to service, and what to do when I have any issues with the water system. Within a week, the wife and I are extremely satisfied with our investment. The wife's biggest concern was her dried skin and hair. After the installation, our skin felt silky smooth and our hair was hydrated. Washing my car, we noticed that there wasn't any streak residue from the hard water. And our dishes are much nicer without all the water spots that are left behind. We are thankful to Valley Environmental Resources for knocking on our door and changing our life!

In September, Valley Environmental Resources came in and installed a water softener in our house. During the installation, a pipe burst in the ceiling above my living room. The burst pipe ruined my ceiling, insulation, carpet, and paint on my walls. In fact, it created about a 10' x 10' hole in the ceiling (one of their employees was dangling from my ceiling after the dry wall caved in). Afterwards, the owner called and did not know that this had happened. When told, he called the project manager and then called me back. He said it wasn't their fault and blamed bad piping. He volunteered to fix the burst pipe (which they did), and to fix the dry wall. The problem with this resolution was that we had much more damage than that and needed our whole living room ceiling replaced. Unfortunately, I had to claim it on my insurance, which jumped up by $300. Previously, asked for the system to be removed and for the funds to be returned, but they refused.

I had purchased a water softner system 5 years ago for $5600.00 and just a few days ago developed a pin hole leak around the plastic seal on top of the system. This was the first time I had called Valley Environmental Resources to help me in 5 years. The system came with a limited lifetime guarantee with stipulations for the 1st year and subsequent stipulations for year two to five. There are also limited guarantees after the 5th year and beyond. I called the business after 9:00am during their work hours and no one picked up, so I left a message. The recording states that the business is open through 6pm during the week. I called back again at 5:30 pm and a lady answered the phone. I said no one had returned my call. She apologized. I explained my situation and she told me that because I hadn't replaced my under the sink water filters on an yearly basis, that it negated my limited lifetime guarantee for them to look at my water softener which is located OUTSIDE. She said that I can pay for the service charge and the filters and that then I would be "re-instated back" but that they would not be able to look at my leaking water softener, which meant calling again and then paying ANOTHER SERVICE CHARGE for them to COME BACK to look at it, but on a different day. I asked to talk to a manager, but she said he was on the phone and that he would call me back. He never did. "Valley Environmental Resources" (the owner) called me the next day and explained to me the same thing. He said that it's in writing that I maintain the yearly cost of servicing my filters. I have all the paperwork for my original purchase and there is no stipulation on ANY of the documents that came with my purchase. He said that it was on any new purchases. Regardless, what does a leak on my outside water system have to do with replacing my indoor, under the sink water filtration system filters! They don't work in tandem. It's the company's ploy to charge customers for service charges and filters on an yearly basis, which I don't have a problem with because they do need to be changed. The problem is that they negated my limited life time guarantee, because I didn't change my filters on an yearly basis. This doesn't make sense. In good faith I purchased this expensive system, and with my very first call in 5 years, I get this type of customer service FROM THE OWNER.
