Insult to Injury
Valley Honda promised to reimburse us for damages after my mom suffered a violent fall on their property after our car was serviced. Her shoulder was dislocated. Her eyeglasses flew off and broke. Now that my mom has died, Valley Honda coldly reneged on their goodwill promise they made to us on that day of her fall.
My mom was a loyal customer for decades, of their sales and their service. I expected that they would honor their promise and extend to me-the grieving daughter-the compassion and empathy they appeared to have for my late mom when she fell that day.
I want to delete this complaint now, but I don’t see a delete option. The General Manager reached out to me to say condolences, apologize and asked for my forgiveness. He said he and staff will fulfill their promise after the weekend. I appreciate the General Manager taking the time to reach out and make me feel heard.

I got my Honda car from Valley Honda a few months ago and today, on 08/16, I took it for its first A1 maintenance Service. I left my car at 6:30 pm and picked it up at 8:30 pm. I was so disappointed with the condition of my car. I saw so many thin scratches from the car wash (which was part of the service). I talked to the person who was taking care of my car service today. I can't believe that Valley Honda, which provided such great service when I bought the car, returned my car with so many terrible scratches all over it.

I want my money back for the rest of the 5 years I paid for, minus the 3 months I already used. It was a bundle deal with a titanium upgrade, cost me $1190 plus $700 for the upgrade. I ain't happy with how they treated me, so I ain't going back. Just give me my $1890 back, deal number ***, customer number ***, and serial number ***.
