Value Hotel, Holiday Express review: Over charging my debit card

On 7/18 reserved a room at Holiday Express in Brighton Michigan on Nemoco way. I was charged pre visit 459.63 that cleared my bank account prior to my visit. On discharge check out I was charged 315.60. I have called ten times both the hotel and value hotel. I have been told it didn't happen or put on hold for two hours. I have attempted to email hotel and value Hotel and not resolved. My next step Attorney General's office in NY. I will file a complaint.
