I purchased a Vanilla Go card for 400.00 at Walmart on the 12th of May on the recept it says the card was activated at the store. I tried to use the card and it says it was not activated. I contacted the card company and they told me to send them certain documents like copy of card and receipt. I did as they said 2 times the second time I called them to be sure they received them. They said I had to wait 3 business days to hear their result on the investigation. I contacted them several times since and they keep saying the investigation is still not done and I need to wait til they can finish. It's been over a week I been waiting. Is there anything I can do about this?
Desired outcome: Either a new card or my money back
