I recently came into a situation where my usual bank account was compromised along with all of my savings. So I've had an account with Varo for years like a back up account. I decided to use them as my payroll direct deposit account. With my job there is a waiting week where you get a paper check so I used the mobile deposit that was the biggest mistake I made.. after I wrote as directed " for various mobile deposit only" it then sates that I could take up to 7 business days to process... up to 7 business days to process a Payroll check? And to add to it they gave me a ln estimated wait time of 9 business days. Now their funds availability act BS that is preached over and over again says that funds may be released early. But they refuse to do it or even admit that their policy says that they can be and of course there is no phone number to actually talk to someone on the phone it's only messaging. Like what an amazing way to build a relationship with your customers and your "financial institution" either way. The FDIC states that a business check/ payroll check must be available with in two days of it being deposited they will tell you they don't follow that rule ( excuse me) the "F" in FDIC stands for FEDERAL. they have no choice but to follow that guideline. They like to throw in your face THE FUNDS AVAILABILITY ACT and that they follow those guidelines.. well the funds availability act states that when you deposit a check $200 must be released and available to the account holder immediately. And the rest there after with in 48/hours and when you ask them about that .. they dont follow that guideline... so what the hell do they do? They make up their own rules and they make up their own guidelines and tell everyone that that's the way it is everywhere.. and when you tell them no its not. They kick you out of the chat and delete any bit of conversation you have ever had with them. And then you still sit here with money and no one can give you any help

Desired outcome: I'd like my money released. Id like to actually talk to someone on the phone . And I feel they need to be investigated for the laws they break
