I came across an ad for shoes. It looked nice and the shoes I thought I would buy a pair. Things are wrong with this site scam!

1. The only way to contact the Business is by [protected]@vatinoleon.shop. Yes you must text them.

2. They say they is 24/7/365 people that can help you? I sent three text messages and waited for over an hour and received no response.

3. They will not show shipping coat until you give all your information and credit card number, but they say you will not be charged until you want to buy?

5. The return policy is a joke. If for some reason you want a refund you must send the product back and they don't have return labels. But send back and they will decide if your reason is good enough for a refund? You send product back within 14 days of buying product? You have to pay for the return and this is funny. Before they give you a refund they will deduct their cost of shipping the product to you? Oh yes shoes must be in original shipping container, and in the same condition as sent.
