On April I purchased VAVA's 720P 5" HD baby monitor
On April I purchased VAVA's 720P 5" HD baby monitor. In January *** to a charger. I contacted VAVA support on February 1st and was told by VAVA the item could be defective and customer satisfaction is their top priority but now they will no longer answer my emails to fix this issue after admitting it may be defective. All I want is a working baby monitor.

I purchased a 4K ultra short throw projector from a company called Vava with the advertised brightness levels of *** ansi lumens in September . Vava recently settled a lawsuit with another company admitting they lied and misled customers in regards to this brightness levels and have now adjusted them down to *** ansi lumens. This is almost a 30% reduction in the value of the advertised product I purchased due to an act of fraud on VAVAs part.
Ordered the split screen monitor received the item one day prior, had issues with the sound on the device, contacted the company they did
Ordered the split screen monitor received the item one day prior, had issues with the sound on the device, contacted the company they did troubleshooting it did not help, contacted them and said Id like a refund, they said to fill out the warranty info so I did they came back that night and said it was outside the 30 day window for a refund. I received the item on 1/28/22 I contacted them to return it 1/29/22 and the item was ordered on 1/21/22. This company is a scam and this is a common issue with the sound for this company. I want my money back.

I received a baby monitor from VAVA that worked great for about 4 months, then developed a very annoying clicking noise. I contacted the company and they offered a replacement. After about a month of not receiving the replacement, I contacted them again and they notified me they could not replace it because new monitors were out of stock. After about another month of talking with them, they offered to refund my money, so I sent the monitor back to them so they could process the refund. It has now been 3 months and I still have not received a refund.

A Vava baby monitor was purchased off my registry for my baby born in April
A Vava baby monitor was purchased off my registry for my baby born in April . Ive been using the monitor since, no issues. Its never been dropped. The color on the screen stopped working. I contacted Vava, gave them my model number, order number, video of the issue like they asked. They said Hi *** thanks for patiently waiting. We have received the feedback from our warranty support and we regret to inform you that our warranty claim request has been declined.As we are no longer selling on Amazon, for warranty claims, please contact Amazon for further processing. Please note that Amazon, as the selling platform, is responsible for the statutory warranty. Though they may not be able to provide a replacement they are still under obligation for a refund.Thank you for your understanding. I spoke with Amazon and they said my monitor is definitely under warranty but its a manufactures warranty and I need to contact Vava. Vava is refusing to honor the warranty.

On September 21, I ordered at Vava.com a set of car video recorders until now, it has been 16 days and I have not received the product. I also want to be honest before that I have contacted them myself many times calling and emailing but they have cleverly made up many things to deceive me, they print shipping labels with *** number but they did not pack the product, just printed the *** number and updated it online they said it had already been delivered to the *** but I also contacted the *** side directly, they said the label was printed but this package has not been taken by the *** side and the Vava warehouse , I gave them many opportunities to correct their mistakes, but they still deliberately refused to listen, and continued to make up many lies.

On 11/28 I purchased a Vava Baby Monitor with Split screen from the Vava website. I paid $224.00 by credit card at that time. After approximately 1 month I had not received any information regarding shipment. A *** tracking number was emailed to me; but when checking the tracking number I receive a notice stating, the delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. I have reached out to Vava customer service who initially told me, were sorry but these are uncertain times. They were unable to offer any resolution around the end of December . I reached out again 2 weeks ago to inquire about delivery. The customer service staff were, again, unable to provide any time frame for delivery. They did re-submit my order within their company; however to this day I have received no further information regarding tracking. All information points to the fact that the product I ordered is still sitting in one of their warehouses. Today I emailed again asking for a refund and to cancel my order. I was told I had to wait until I received the product so that I may send it back. I reminded customer service that at this point I have little hope I will receive the product anytime soon. In all, they charged me for a product that they cannot get delivered to me and are refusing to cancel and refund the purchase price. I only want my money back.

My wife and I had a child in March. We did the typical registry and researched products to make sure we have the best. VAVA is a baby monitor that is rated the top monitors when we did our research. It has been over a year and they are still rated the best baby monitor on the market. This product was bought to us as a gift for my wife's baby shower. The monitor has started to stop working, It shuts off randomly and when i plug it back into charge it says the battery is full. The company wants an invoice from who purchased the monitor. Unfortunately I do not have a way of getting that information. Since that is the case, VAVA is telling me they can not help me at all. So basically this is a product that needs to bought by the parents and not given as a gift because no one sends an invoice with a gift. I just want them to replace the product that we have been using. I have the model and serial number so they can replace it. It is very frustrating because we can be looking at the monitor while our son is sleeping and then it will just turn off and stop working. Also the stand broke off. So if the company wants to be rated number one they need to rethink their policies because there product is not safe. In a second something can happen to my child and because the monitor is malfunctioning I am unable to help. All I want is for them to replace the product.
