i agree i made an oder on this site and i was told it was a good safe fast way to get gold. but after makeing my oder and paying with paypal they still have not given me my order. ive called and they tell me to keep waiting and e-mailed but they never write back.

I ordered from them, had the same problems that you did. Don't get gold from them, they stole the gold that they sent to my character with supposed key logging. They are scam artists and will take more off your character if you have more.

I ordered gold from VCSALE and they delivered it face to face within an hour. They seemed very friendly on the phone.

I Got the worst of it i agreed for them to put it in my account and they did after 36 hours And when i logged back in it says THEY STOLE MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY OF THESE POSITIVE REMARKS THERE SCAMERS THATS WHAT THEY DO THEY HAVE NO LOCATION THERE IN JAPAN.

I ordered gold from Vcsale.com 2 days ago. according to their website they had like 50, 000 gold in stock on my server for my faction and delivery was promised within 1 hour. well 1 hour came and went. i went to their live chat maybe 10 times already and have gotten the same answer. "Our supplyers account was banned. Our guys are working very hard for you." They have given me some gold but are only giving me 20g extra for the late delivery. I don't know if other sites are scams or not but i would definantly never go with vcsale.com ever again and neither will any of my friends or guildies!

HORRIBLE WEBSITE SCAM! First off before i ordered any of their wow gold i asked via live chat how soon after placing my order would i get the gold. I was told 10 minutes once my order is complete. So i place my order and they tell me to check back in a couple of days because my order is e-checking! There was a reason i asked before i ordered and they did not mention any of that. So i proceed to get a refund...long journey. 3 days straight i am told to check back the next day because their finace department only works 9 hours out of the day.HMMMM so they can't refund my money during those 9 hours. As i write this i am still waiting on a refund they promised to give me. Do not go to this website!

I don't know about you, but they were quick, efficient, and ### free for me. I got 1050 on eitrigg/alliance...it arrived in 45 minutes. I got the verification phone call and the party invite in the same minute...headed to SW...agent was at the flightmaster...boom DONE!

This was at 10:30pm on a SUNDAY

I'm having the same problems as Stewsa. I ordered 20-25 days ago an amount of credits on the game i play, but nothing have happened. I have not phoned em yet, and i don't want to do it. A refund would be good or giving me the amount of creds i ALREADY have payed.

VERY rude people on live chat (they yelled at me for checking my order repeatedly, asking questions about a refund and getting mad. i had every right for a site that promises delivery within 24 hours).
They also give me the same excuse everytime i check on my order: "I am sorry, we're out of stock right now. Our guys is working very hard for you. Please check again later". One time they even told me "We PROMISE delivery", but that was 3 days ago.
i'd NEVER order from these guys ever again, and i'd suggest you shouldn't either.

Until 4 days ago I would had disagreed 200% but then my order for powerleveling was "completed". $279.99 for lvl 1-80, 2 related professions to lvl 375-450, epic flying, exalted rep with a major faction of my choice, first aid to 450 and 2000 gold. And what did I get you may ask...lvl 80, first aid to 450, mining and skinning below well 200, 225 riding and 2000 gold. Hmmm what happened to the other part of the order? "Our powerleveling people will get to that soon". "Our supplier will get to that soon." Glad my bank was so fast to delivery my money to them as their company is at following thru on what it sells. I' m a repeat customer too. I have ordered 21, 000 gold in the past, made 2 orders recently for powerleveling (1 was done properly and the other SUCKED) and "was" going to get 21, 000 more gold. 4 times now I have talked to people on live chat; even called their office in "Texas" and I still do not have my order complete. Yesterday I was told they would start it...then again today I was told the same thing. All of my live chat visits have ended with they are gonna start on it...they will get to it soon. Get to it soon? It was to be done 4 days ago! But I now have to agree that this place is a rip off and you should avoid them! I just like the first poster don't usually write complaints...what good do they really do anyway?! But I want to spare someone the loss of their hard earned money.

I ordered 10, 000 Second Life linden from VCSALE.com. After the web site clearly says " WE GUARANTEE STOCK AND DELIVERY IN 30 MIN ! ! ! " I ordered this and after 12 hours went by I asked someone where it was. I was told the same story, please wait, we are working hard to get it. I waited more. After a full day nothing. Then I was told that the person that supplies them got banned. Again, they tell me to wait. I wait a second day. NOTHING! Again, I ask for my order and I am told that the person that supplies them was NOT banned, but that they don't have ANYONE supplying them AT ALL! I ask for an email to their manager or boss, I am told they can not give me that because their boss does not speak or read English! After 4 days I ask for a refund. Needless to say...7 days later and still no refund! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 500 gold from vcsale.com when I saw the guarantee. I waited the 30 minutes and then started asking questions where my gold was I got the same answer wait . I just kept bugging them until I got my gold. But a few minutes later i got my gold.

Do not trust these people, my first transaction went well but it was for a small amount of gold. Last week I purchased a few thousand and then the next thing I know my account is banned because they had stolen the mony from someone elses account! I have tried to contact them and dispute the matter but all I get is people who barely speak English and keep telling me the situation was impossible and they are honest people. This is BS because they dont want to solve the matter regardless since they got my money. I am livid and have contacted paypal and continue to spread the word of their bad scam on every possible place I can or any link that pops up their BS website of VCSALE. Change your passwords immediately to ensure they don't rob you blind and sell it to someone else and turn a profit off both of you! Beware i will be telling everyone of their malicious lies and claims and promises.

I also tried this company, and the same garbage. I told them that I recorded the whole conversation, and still nothing. They are worthless and should be put out of business.

$50 dollars is all i lost but that's enough for me to take legal action. I am going to be able to get allot more than $50 dollars back that's for sure. "businesses" like this don't stay afloat forever. They will shut you up by FINALLY giving you your money back but more needs to be done.

You guys think you got it bad, I ordred a wow account! lvl80 druid for my girlfriend so she could play with me. I paid $210.00 and was told I would have my account name and password sent to me buy email in the next couple hours. Couple hours went buy and nothing. I did the same thing, went on the live chat and got told it was a china holiday and I would not get my account for 3 to 7 days when the manager got back in. WTF. The sad part is they came through with the gold I orderd in the past, they waited for a big one to screw me over.. Im going to wait it out a couple days to see if this holiday thing is ### or not then I will call the FBI and report there ###. Idk folks, i've orderd from VCsale at least 6 times, got no bull [censored], no scams, no problems. i've had no trouble with VCsale. and as i read the comments others have put on this review i am shocked.
First:
1. if its your first time buying from thier or your still unsure if you can trust them, dont make huge ### orders like 400$'s for 1 WoW account. thats a huge mistake. instead, make a simple order, i buy 1k gold and only 1k gold from this website each time, nothing bigger.

2. Always stay in contact with them. be firm.

3.Dont be afraid of taking legal action.

VCSALE SUCKS. Just to let you know that if you play eq and get plat from them. First they didn't want to give me my plat after they had already received my money. They kept telling me to wait because they were out of stock. Second, they have a GM that delivers you the plat and them turns you in. Then takes the plat back. These sorry ### need to be put out of business. It would be different if I actually played the game a lot. No i made an order on VCsale and I have waited a week now with no luck. I sent en email for a refund and no response what so ever. If you want garunteed gold with a less than one day delivery go to Game 4 power, theyre fast and the prices are better than ign.

I have read most if not all the complaints and a few of the (suspect) positive comments on VCSALE. I am a little over 24 hrs since my purchase of credits I have yet to receive. (This email pertains to a SWG account not WOW) My experience so far pretty much solidifies most of your comments. I have taken a stand with them by basically pestering them until (hopefully) receiving the service owed. I make this same suggestion to everyone that reads this posting. Send emails to service@vcsale.com and eason@vcsale.com as often as possible! Although we cannot force them to give the service they advertise, we can be as much an inconvience to them as they have been to us. Whether you have an old or new complaint lets flood there in box, at the very least it would drive home the point.

This like most of you has been the first time I have EVER posted on a complaint. After I visited this website and read your remarks and felt/feel the frustrations and anger as most of you I do not want to let this go. I plan to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and I hope all of you do the same. If any of you have another contact we can report please respond to this posting so that I can besure to include them.

I do have an idea I would like to run by you all. In most games or atleast in SWG we can make macros and have Ad Barking. If you feel you have been wronged then lets let everyone know. Set up in the middle of a busy server and instead of barking postings for sale or buy let everyone know not to use VCSALE. Word of mouth is an extremely powerful thing and given time and energy it CAN move mountains! All I ask is that you all simply tell other gaming users the truth. If you have been scammed (maybe like myself, time will tell) then lets hit VCSALE where it hurts in the pocket book.

Over and over you seem sincere in your responses to everyone, however these issues keep occuring. You may respond to this posting or not. You may complete my order or not. The one thing I can say for sure is that VCSALE cannot and should not be trusted. Folks, after waiting 20 plus hours I actually placed an order through another supplier (That I used in the past and shame on me for not using again.) and with in 50 minutes iI had my order filled. Ok, 24 plus hours with nothing, 50 minutes with payment in full - that should say it all. Now my expectation are the same as everyone else.

If you have a business that says that you can provide us 100 milion, 500 million or 1 billion credits and you except payment, well then there is zero excuse not to provide said service in a timely manor. Same goes for WOW gold. I saw the response from your "happy" customer that said just buy less you will get it faster, UNEXCEPTABLE if you say you can provide then provide it! No one who PAYS for your service should be burdened with it.

Well, I apoligize for being so long winded, my emotion has gotten the best of me. I leave you all with this; If you are as unhappy and violated as me then let everyone know. It can't hurt.

Very poor service!

After being told for 2 days that they were out of stock, I asked for a refund. I was told that I would be refunded within 16 hours. 16 hours later, no refund. I asked again, and was again told that I would be refunded in 16 hours. Another 16 hours, no refund. Apparently their manager was very busy, hence the delay. I asked again a third time, and was told that I would "definately" be refunded today, and it would only be a couple of hours. 4 hours later, still no refund. I asked again, and was told that their financial people were not at work due to the time being different there, and that I would be refunded within 24 hours.

How can 3 days pass with guarantees that I would recieve my money back, and still no money, due to the mananger / accounting team being unavailable? They sure took my money instantly.

I am sick of the run around, and have escalated the matter to a dispute resolution via PayPal.

Hopefully PayPal can resolve this, VCSale obviously has no intention of refunding my money, and their standard line is wait 16 (now 24) hours.

I can't believe how poor their service is. I would not reccomend this company to anyone, and hope that if enough bad press comes of this, that they go out of business, and that no one uses their "services" again.

If anyone from the company reads this forum, I hope that you realise that people will not stand for your scamming schemes. I do not wish a good day to you.

I just ordered some eve isk from the two days ago and had a similar problem. When I finally contacted them to see why I hadn't recieved it yet, they told me they needed to "verify" my order. I told them to call me (since the website said that this was how they verified orders), and the lady I spoke to told me the only way to verify was for me to send them a photocopy of my Driver's Lisence, and Credit card! That sounds so shady, especially considering that when you order something through google checkout, they mask that information. It sounds like a scam to steal your money if anything. So I told them I would not send them that kind of thing, and they told me that it would just be stuck verifying indefinitely then. So I asked for a refund and they told me I had to wait 48 hours after placing the order (it is now almost 50 hours)... NEVER use vcsale.com

I ordered eve isk from them, and they refused to verify my order unless I mailed them a photocopy of my driver's lisense and Credit card. When I asked to get a refund because there is no way in hell I am going to trust a request like that, they said I had to wait 48 hours after placing the order to get a refund (at this point in time it is over 50 hours after I had placed the order). NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM
