VCsale.com review: Stole my account 56

I find it hard to understand what the problem is with this company. 21st Century gaming is well aware that I blog for 8 different gaming sites and yet, they could care less apparently. 24 hours have come and gone, my order still languishes somewhere in the ether world and the phone numbers provided on Vcsale's web site are inactive.

Told to wait plz on chat, I told them I wanted a refund. Nada, zip and zilch happening on that front and so, I filed a complaint with Paypal. Stay away from these guys period. It's the only way to ensure not getting ripped off.

Ordered last night, was told they were busy and just to wait. Ive done this before and never waited more then 5-10minutes from purchase so I knew something was up right away. I didn't search for reviews till after and that is my fault because I would of read all of these and never did it. But I talked with live chat, asked for a refund and was told it would take 48hours.

Well today after work I wrote my fraud email to paypal and decided before sending I would try one last time with the live chat and I was told that the currency I purchased is not even in stock and that I would just have to wait. I asked to be refunded again and was given the 48hr crap again. So I said some things I'm not proud of and hit send on the email to Paypal.

My experience with these guys and from reading these messages is to just turn them in and get it over with because 20 days later I don't want to ask for a refund and be told to wait 48hours again and again.

Ya these Guys suck at Customer service but you used paypal just File a pay0Pal Claim and You'll get your money back may take 5 or 6 days but You'll get it back No worries.

I just chekc before I purchased from them, the sale sounded so good, when I told them my fiance is a semi retired Federal offcer, they closed the chat and ingored me. My advice is do not buy from them, even before I bought any lindens their reply is we dont have any, check back in a few hours, I stated who I was and what I was doing they ran. Please anyone who is with them drop them, and or do not reigster this is obviously a scam site and we will do our best to make sure it is investigated fully.

I placed a order for $187.99 for second life lindens...STUPID ME! i wish i had checked up on them before ordering of these scamming [censor]! im getting same as others Please send Bank Card details Driving License & Id..YEAH RIGHT! i paied via paypal thats all the verification they should need..im just so upset right now as my husband was laid off from his job yesterday & this was going to be enough to keep our land etc for a few months untill hopefully another job comes up So looks like im going to lose my land etc in SL... Can paypal really help out & get your money back though?

I'm on hour 31 of trying to get VCSale to give me what I've already paid for, and still no luck. I have been told to check back in 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 and 30 hours and still nothing. There English is horrible, they have no intention of giving you your virtual currency, and I've already been in contact with my bank and PayPal to report them as a fradulent company that didn't deliver the product they promised. When I asked them for a refund they said that they would do it in 5 hours, but could give me no receipt or guarantee via e-mail; stil waiting... Don't go with them!

I have been waiting 54 hours, been told like everyone, 4hours, 5 hours, manger not in, come back tomorrow, Service is a Joke . I say to you all reading this avoid these people like the Plague

I ordered gold from these people. I Paid got conformation from PayPal and an email from them saying they had received my payment. Then i got another email from them saying they wanted photocopies of my DL and Credit Card...i was like yea right! [censor] service, No gold delivered. I kept getting the same copied and pasted paragragh from thier "Live Chat" agent who probably doesnt speak english. Worst Experience ever! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...wish i wouldve found this site before i went there.

I have ordered on http://www.vcsale.com CD a key from иры RIFT and so to сиз a time has not received the order, have passed 3 days, and to me all they promise to send in a current of 12 hours my order, not верте to them swindlers!

This is my first time writting a complaint as well, i bought a WoW Cd key package, 1st of all they forgot to give me the 2nd cd key (burning Crusade) after fighting about 2 full hours on live chat they sent it to my email. and 3d of all the WoLK cd key they sent me was already used, after that i blew up it took me two weeks of fighting with them because their manager is never there finally they told me to go to blizzard . It was never settle so i basically lost that cd key because they cgave me one already in Use. NEVER buy from this website, poor customer service and they will probably scam you.

this company actually is a Chinese one! never ordered gold from them! They will fool you and never meet their timeframe! WTF!

I have ordered gold from www.vcsale.com too just 5days ago. Until now I have not received my gold. I found this site because I started to doubt their credibility. Can we have an advertising campaign for them to stop fooling around?

Well i was nervous after reading all of this, but I got it (60, 000g) within about 6 minutes... they were a couple minutes pasts the 4 they they claimed, but I am ok with that.

Also be aware of how you choose to receive the gold, I thought I was having it emailed, but then I got an invite from a level 1 char in Stormwind who sent me a text that said "sw". I could have easily blown it off since I thought I had clicked mail delivery, but he was my gold source.

This company is a complete joke! And yes they WILL eventually rip you off. I have ordered wow gold from them a few times in the past. I only ordered small amounts. However the first few times everything was just fine. Then recently I ordered again and had the same problems as everyone els is reporting... AND this time they said they couldn't give me the gold because I ripped them off lol. So when I asked how I did that they responded that I had ordered gold, received it then cancelled my payment. First of all I would like to say that this is complete ###! I never for one cancelled a payment and for 2, the payment clears in full before they send you your gold. So then I asked them how this can be fixed and they said submit a photo ID... So figuring they just need to verify who I am and because Ive never had a problem with them I figured ok... So I sent them a copy of my ID. Then they said ok, your gold will be delivered within 1 hr. After 3hrs going by I talked to live chat again who said there still a problem with my account and the then asked me to send them a copy of my credit card... ARE YOU SERIOUS? I payed threw PayPal, I am completely verified and they ask me to send a photo copy of my Credit Card? YEAH f***ING RIGHT! I would never in a million years do this. However they told me that they could not send my purchase untill I did this! And that I need to speak with a manager in 6-12 hrs. But seems every time I contact them this is the excuse I get... No manager is in. Then when I ask them for a refund they say they cant do it and to wait 42hrs. So I did... and now 3 days later I still am without what I have paid for... And when I ask them for a refund I get ignored, or told plz check back in 12-24 hrs because the manager isnt in. OR they are just completely rude. So I did what I should have right off the start... saved myself the headache and filled a claim with PayPal and hopefully Ill get my money back that way. BUT TO EVERYONE... This site is a scam! I no longer trust them and I would highly advise that everyone files a complaint with the proper authority! f*** VCSALE.COM... You guys are ### and can kiss my paisty white ###!

I too am a first time order person from them but never again..a small amount of Second Life Lindens and now my account with Second Life is banned..I don't and wont ever know if the Lindens did in fact make it into my SL account..I have now lost a ton of money that I had invested into SL so lets just say that I am not going to take this sitting down..first I will have it out with them, then Paypal and them my lawyers
