Your customer service was rude and cannot speak english unable to help me with the card I bought, she kept asking me to repeat myself on several occassion at the end hanged up on me.
Your card is not allow to make a call.
Also your promotion is out of date on your recorder messages.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I gave my pac code to vectone mobile they said my number would transfer within two days, but after 8 days it has still not been done. Every time I call customer service they say they will sort it out and call me back. I have to call them and all they do is blame other network. This company is incompatent and does not deserve to trade in the uk. They are liars and very rude. Anybody thinking of joining vectone think again! I can not believe such a company is allowed to rip off its customers, in the uk. I can not even take my number to anyother network because vectone has done something with it, it is a special number may be they want to keep it? What do I do?

Ive phoned customer service vectone i was on hold over 1 hr just music then line cuts off.
Ive emailed vectone mobile number of times asking for pac code all my details including sim iccid number dob postcode phone number,
They are breaching ofcom rules no customer care what so ever.
All i want is pac code.
