On August 16, 2023, I ordered a portable sliding tri-screen extension that allows you to add 2 screens to your laptop, but on September 12, 2023 I received only a small bag with a smile on it. It cost me $42.99.
I contacted the company by email on September 13, 2023, to complain, but according to them I would have received the package.
The tracking number that is on the package is the same as the one the sent to me.
Desired outcome: I want an apology and I want what I paid for
