Subsequently, I had to resort to opening a PayPal dispute to secure a refund. While I am relieved that the situation was resolved, the overall experience left me feeling uneasy. ONLY RECEIVED 1 OF 2 ITEMS
I ordered 2 bottles of body wash from vendio.com. The specific seller was BENITO BAUTISTA. I only received 1 of the 2 bottles. The 1 I did received was packaged improperly and had leaked out into the box. So, I got zero of what I paid $60 for. After attempting to contact BENITO BAUTISTA using the email provided on the receipt I was forced to dispute the transaction on paypal. Benito Bautista said "product shows delivered" when contacted by paypal. Paypal found in my favor but I am forced to pay shipping to return the empty bottle back to BENITO BAUTISTA.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER : BENITO BAUTISTA.
sorry... I forgot to mention I attempted 3 times over a 72 hour period to contact Benito Bautista before I was forced to file a paypal dispute.

Site is a scam. Wish I had looked around the site more before I made a purchase. I made an order and after three weeks and never receiving my order, I wrote an email. There was an email to contact on my receipt but I noticed the website had absolutely NO contact information. They had an area that said contact but everything was left blank. I never heard back so I opened a paypal dispute and without even responding they refunded me. I'm happy I didn't have to take it any further but still found the whole situation shady. When looking around on ebay I just noticed a seller I had bookmarked and was thinking of ordering the same product from had the same name "shoppers portal" as the email I had contacted. Beware!

Vendio signed me up for a 60-day free trial of "research"-- they say I signed up, but I don't believe them and they had no evidence to show me. Then when I didn't cancel whatever it was, they started charging my credit card $14.95 a month, which I didn't notice for six months or so. I don't know what this "research" is supposed to be; I never used it; and they refuse to refund the money they took from my credit card.

I believe what u paid for is complete access to build an online storefront and research products, advertise, price them and sell them all without having to buy them first. also they do offer an opt out period during your free trial. dont blame them if you "dont look at your statements" for "six months or so"
