I gotta say, Verbling ain't exactly the best when it comes to customer service. I mean, seriously, there's like no way to get in touch with them directly. And let me tell ya, that's NEVER a good sign. Like, how am I supposed to get help if I have a problem or a question? It's just frustrating, ya know?

But hey, let's not jump to conclusions just yet. Verbling does have its perks. For starters, they offer language lessons online, which is pretty cool. I mean, who doesn't wanna learn a new language from the comfort of their own home? Plus, they've got a bunch of different languages to choose from, so you can find the one that suits you best.

Now, here's where things start to get a little iffy. So, like I said before, contacting Verbling directly is a total nightmare. It's like they don't even want to hear from their customers. I tried sending them an email, but it's been weeks and still no response. Talk about frustrating, right?

And don't even get me started on their customer support. Or should I say, lack thereof? I've heard horror stories from other people who've had issues with Verbling and couldn't get any help. It's like they just don't care about their users. Not cool, Verbling, not cool.

But hey, it's not all bad. Verbling does have some pretty decent features. They've got a video chat platform where you can have one-on-one lessons with a language tutor. That's pretty neat, I gotta admit. And they even have a rating system, so you can see how other students have rated their tutors. It's always good to know what you're getting into, ya know?

Overall, Verbling has its ups and downs. The lack of direct contact with customer support is a major bummer, but the online language lessons and video chat platform are definitely a plus. Just be prepared for some frustration along the way.

I've tried booking lessons on this website, but they took my money and the teacher didn't give me the lessons. They straight up stole my money and nobody from the support team at Verbling responded to me. You gotta watch out for this website, I'm telling ya.

I've been using Verbling's platform for a while now, and I gotta say, it's been pretty good overall. However, there was this one time when I had a lesson scheduled with an instructor, and out of the blue, they cancelled on me on the very same day. No explanation whatsoever. I was a bit bummed, but I thought, hey, maybe it was just a one-time thing. So, I gave it another shot and scheduled another lesson with the same instructor. But guess what? They cancelled again, this time just an hour before the lesson. And once again, no explanation.

Now, I'm not one to give up easily, so I decided to reach out to Verbling's support team to voice my complaint about these last-minute cancellations. But here's the kicker - I haven't received any response from them. Nada. Zilch. It's like my complaint vanished into thin air.

I gotta admit, this whole situation has left me feeling a bit frustrated. I mean, I understand that things can come up and plans can change, but a little heads-up or at least an explanation would have been nice, you know? And the fact that Verbling's support team hasn't even bothered to acknowledge my complaint is just plain disappointing.

Despite these hiccups, I will say that when the lessons do happen, they're usually pretty great. The platform itself is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a big plus. And most of the instructors I've had the pleasure of learning from have been knowledgeable and engaging. So, it's not all bad.

But hey, Verbling, if you're listening, it would be awesome if you could improve your communication and support system. It's important for us learners to feel heard and valued. And it's not cool to leave us hanging without any explanation or assistance when things go awry. Just saying.

My teacher is amazin. I've been with her for over 6 months. But, I jus bought a 20 course package and realized that verbling is tackin on an 8% fee. Supposedly this is for platform use but I don't get it. Why not wrap this fee into the normal overall fee? It's not like all the rest of the payment goes to the teacher.

I mean, don't get me wrong, my teacher is top-notch. She's been helpin me improve my language skills like nobody's business. But this extra fee thing is a bit of a bummer. I thought I was payin for the lessons and the teacher's expertise, not some hidden platform fee. It's like they're sneakin it in there without tellin ya upfront.

I reckon it would be fairer if they just included the platform fee in the overall cost. That way, we know what we're payin for right from the start. I mean, it's not like the teacher is gettin all the money anyway. They gotta make a livin too, right? So why not make it simpler for us learners and just have one clear fee?

Other than that, though, Verbling is pretty solid. The website is easy to navigate and find teachers. The lessons are flexible and can fit into my busy schedule. Plus, they offer a wide range of languages to learn, so you can find a teacher for almost any language you're interested in.

Overall, I'd say Verbling is a good platform for language learnin. Just wish they'd sort out this extra fee situation. But hey, if you find a great teacher like I did, it might just be worth it.
