HOA group that will not respond to email or phone call in regards to property maintenance. Notified in January that we would not submit dues until response to our inquiry obtained. Received no response since Sept 2021 and received late fee in March. Attempted to call again without return phone call.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We are sorry to hear of any issues. We have waived all late fees on the account and the account currently is at a $0 balance. Nothing is owed at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

We recently moved into a new neighborhood that has an HOA controlled by vertex. Unknowingly I missed the payment in a timely manner (as we just moved in) and have been charged unfair late fees. Once I learned of the invoice I paid the payment immediately. I asked for leniency in the late fees as I was unknowing; however it was denied.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

In the last month I have made 7 phone calls, 2 emails and created 2 tickets on their website and wrote one letter with no response to my question. They cashed my check that included a letter and a note on the check requesting they don't cash the check until they contact me to explain what the charges are for. I live at ***. I received a bill for $450 HOA Assessment 2021 Account number *** and paid that December 19. Then I received a bill for $310 Homeowner Assessment & $25 Late Fee in February , Account number ***. This is when I began my inquiries to them. No response to date. I sent a check for $335 with a note to NOT CASH MY CHECK until they contact me. It was cashed. Still no response. Then I received a "1st Past Due Notice" dated 3/20 for a total of $360. Not sure how that could be a FIRST notice when I already received and paid the original LATE FEE of $25. 12 points of contact from me in 1 month with no response. Hard to believe this company uses "Professional" as their middle name. Bill is in my husband's name, ***. I have noted this on every contact and they have not contacted him either.
