I paid for courier service but they could not issue the courier envelope for me to print so i could send my passport to their New York office
I ended up paying another amount to get another courier service to send my passport to them. i was told by the ir customer service on phone that it was an error on their part because they were switching their courier service provider
i have applied for a refund for the payment, and up till now they have not responded. After they told me to provide all receipts and evidence, I did but they have nor refunded my money.
Desired outcome: i want my money refunded to me.
