VFS Global review: Online appointment charges

While booking an appointment to submit a visa application at Pakistan for South Africa, booking portal shows an appointment fee of PKR-50 but upon payment though credit/debit card they deduct USD-50 which is a huge difference and they charge hell a lot more.
