Vickieheida review: Over charged

Well, I have problems placing an order on your web site. All my cards are good. Now I get my order ready and call the 8oo number. They look up my order and send it though. This has been working until Aug12th. I called in and the guy said he would take care of my order and the discounts. calico, on line special $4.99. The gal charged me $6.99 a difference of $63.02. The gal didn't give me the discount on the thread. The floral was on sale and the ribbon, too.

The ad was August12th and 13th. I was suppose to get dogdays, free shipping, and 20% off my order. I think I should get the amount that I was over charged. This has never happened before and I buy alot of material This is not right.
