Victoria Hearts Review: A Complete Fraud and Scam - My Experience Spending $4,000+ on the Site
Victoria Hearts is a website that I had high hopes for when I first signed up. I was looking for love and thought that this site would be the perfect place to find it. However, my experience with Victoria Hearts was far from what I expected. In fact, I would go so far as to say that it is a complete fraud and scam.
I spent almost $4,000 on Victoria Hearts and then had to spend another $3,000 - $4,000 flying to Ukraine to meet the women that I had been chatting with on the site. Despite traveling all the way from the United States, I found that a large percentage of the women that I had been talking to were not available to meet me. They were either out of town on business, visiting sick relatives in the hospital, or working on the weekends.
When I did finally meet with some of the women, I found that they were not nearly as attractive as their photos and often did not remember what they had told me in their chat messages. It was then that I discovered that I had been chatting with a male imposter who had been impersonating the women that I thought I was talking to.
I later discovered that Victoria Hearts incentivizes "suppliers" to secure the photos of attractive women and engage in an unscrupulous scam and fraud. The risks notice on the website admits that the suppliers use deception to impersonate attractive women, and that Victoria Hearts pays "revenue sharing: profile-linked fees" to the suppliers. The suppliers then share these fees with the validated members (women), and translators or other employees working for suppliers engage in incentivized communications "on behalf of" validated members without their participation or knowledge.
In other words, I was likely communicating with someone whose motive was to increase the amount of money I spent on the site, and with a person different from the person shown on the profile, and possibly of a different gender. This is a complete fraud and scam, and I would not recommend Victoria Hearts to anyone looking for love.
VictoriaHearts Review: Genuine Women, Expensive Cost, Limited Features
So, I've been using VictoriaHearts for a while now and I've gotta say, I've met a lot of women on this site. I've also tried out other dating sites, but I've learned a lot from my time on VictoriaHearts.
First off, if a woman wants to leave the site quickly, it's probably a scam. But don't worry, the site will ban these women. Customer service is pretty good, but they're limited by their bosses.
Now, let's talk about the cost. It's pretty expensive, with 750 credits costing $150 and 2 credits per minute. Other people have talked about this more in-depth, but it's definitely something to keep in mind. Also, the site is pretty limited in terms of features. There's no voice or video chat available.
I've noticed that older women (27 and up) tend to be more serious about finding a partner, but immigration can be a huge pain. Ukraine is a second-world nation, so things that are a mild inconvenience for us can be a huge inconvenience for the women. For example, if you break your phone, it's no big deal to buy a new one. But for them, it can cost 1-2 months of pay. Communication can be a challenge because of these little things adding up.
The women on the site are clearly encouraged to keep their communication on the website, possibly through some kind of compensation. Most of them aren't very tech-savvy, but they've been taught how to use the site and how to deal with problems. Facebook, Instagram, and other sites can be challenging for them.
I've met some really beautiful models on this site, but they don't always control their social media accounts. Those are managed by their modeling agencies. Just because you found them off the site doesn't mean you can communicate with them.
The women are bound by contracts with marriage agencies that have strict rules. Before they can leave the site, they have to follow these rules. The 3000 credits to get a private contact is part of an agreement between the site and the marriage agency. They share the profit to make sure their investment has made them both money before the woman is authorized to talk to you.
Even after receiving her email address, it can be a challenge to communicate. A lot of women don't use email much because of cultural differences. But if they tell you they can't log into it, just talk to support. The live support person will work with her agency to get her access to her account again.
I've exchanged private contact info with a number of women and have talked to them off the site. But I have been scammed by a woman on this site, so be careful. There are better sites out there, but by and large, the women on this site are genuine. They're just skeptical of the men they meet because most of them aren't really looking for a relationship.
If you want to know more, feel free to message me and I'll give you more information.
Scam Alert: Don't Waste Your Money on This Fake Dating Site Exploiting Women
This dating site is one of the most fake sites I've ever come across. It's just a way for guys to spend their money on finding a soulmate. The women on the site are beautiful, sexy, educated, and smart, but they are paid very little money plus commissions on how much credits they can get the guys to spend on messages, email letters, videos, and photos of themselves.
If you want to see a short 15-second video of your favorite lady, it will cost you 50 credits. If you want to send her an email letter, the first one costs you 10 credits and after that, it's 30 credits. If you want to send her a pic of yourself, it will cost you 20 credits. If you want to send her a message in chats, it will cost you 2 credits. If you want to read an email from her, it will cost you 30 credits.
The cost of one credit depends on the credit package you buy. The 750 credit package costs $150, which means one credit costs 20 cents. If you buy any of the lesser credit packages, it will cost you even more per credit.
You will spend a lot of money on these women because they talk to you and continually message you with all kinds of sexy, hot, and witty lines. These women are mostly gorgeous. If you have a favorite and you really want to get her contact info, which will be a phone number and email address, you must spend a minimum of 3000 credits on her alone, which can be anything from pics and messages to sending her gifts.
The gifts are plenty expensive. 3000 credits will cost you $600.00 if you're only purchasing the 750 credit packages. Most, if not all, of these ladies actually work for the dating site. Ukraine has a very weak economy, and 1 US dollar is worth 28 of theirs at this time. So these girls are doing whatever they can to pay the bills.
That's not to say that they may not develop an attraction to you over time and be willing to meet you if you spend even more money to fly over there. But you'd best be real sure about her before you decide to do that.
Furthermore, there are other sites owned and operated by the same company, such as Victoria Brides and a Chinese dating site. If you think you can just send your phone number and email address to one of these girls, think again. The site has been programmed to block any of these things so the lady will never see them. And she's not going to even try to sneak hers to you because she knows she'll lose her job if she tries it.
As if all this isn't bad enough, the site will many times not even give you her contact info even after you have spent the 3000 credits on her because they have the possibility of losing a source of their income to you. That's exactly what happened to me, so I know what the hell I'm talking about.
The people who run this site are nothing more than racketeers who exploit beautiful women and sucker men into paying them for a slim chance of ever meeting any of these girls. Mafia folks are put into prison for doing the same thing as these phonies are doing each and every day and making millions while paying the girls very little.
So my advice to all of you is to not spend a dime on this site or any others owned by these racketeers. You will be the loser.
VictoriaHearts Review: Beautiful Women, But Are They Real?
I gotta say, I totally agree with all the negative reviews I've seen about VictoriaHearts. I decided to give it a try myself, but luckily I didn't end up losing all my hard-earned cash.
So, I made a profile on the site, but I didn't even bother to upload a photo. And yet, I was bombarded with interest from over 999 ladies (the counter stopped at 999) in just one year. And let me tell you, these women were drop-dead gorgeous! Even the occasional "ugly" one was still pretty hot, if you ask me. And get this, over 90% of them were between the ages of 18 and 35, even though I stated that I was 50 years old!
After a year of this constant attention, I decided to conduct an experiment. I sent the same message to hundreds of these women, saying that I was interested but that I didn't trust VictoriaHearts and asked them to email me directly. Of course, I knew my messages would be blocked since I didn't have any "credits," but I was curious to see what would happen.
And you know what? After just two weeks of doing this, I stopped receiving any interest messages at all! I checked my profile and everything seemed fine, but for some reason, the 10 to 15 messages I was getting each week suddenly stopped coming in.
Now, when I log in to VictoriaHearts, I still get interest from beautiful, young women. But when I'm logged out (which is most of the time), I don't get any interest at all. It's almost like my "blocked messages" were being read by the people running the site, and they decided to stop sending me messages altogether.
Honestly, I'm glad I didn't fall for their BS. And I'm pretty sure that most (if not all) of those beautiful women on the site aren't even real. Maybe there's some kind of photo ops campaign going on in Eastern Europe, where they dupe real women into taking professional photos and answering personal questions, only to use their photos and profiles to make money off of unsuspecting men.
I could be wrong, but something just doesn't smell right about VictoriaHearts. So if you're thinking about using their site, be careful and do your research. Personally, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.
Beware of VictoriaHearts, Ukrainiancharm, Charmerly, and MatchTruly: A Review of the Same Women with the Same IDs
There are a few sites out there that you can join to meet some lovely ladies, but be warned, they may not be who they say they are. VictoriaHearts, Ukrainiancharm, Charmerly, and MatchTruly all have the same women with the same IDs, so you can search for the one you're interested in. But be careful, they only give you 20/30 credits each time, so you may want to clear your cookies and disguise your IP using a free VPN and a different email, name, password, age, etc. etc. each time you log in. The fact that they're all the same is a red flag in itself.
There are some pictures of fabulously attractive women here, mainly seemingly Russian and Ukrainian. They obviously spend a large amount of money on each profile. The outfit may not even be a Ukrainian scam... it's probably being run from somewhere in Brooklyn.
Despite having had some nice, short, flirty conversations (with my FREE credits), I have now sadly come to the conclusion that every single photo, even of the older ladies, is almost certainly not the person you ever get to speak to. Lets look at a case study, "Ekaterina", 30, ID (on all the sites), is the model Katerina Rubinovich. Surprising then that she spends about 20 hours a day on all 4 sites simultaneously talking to men in their 50s, particularly given that she is, how shall I put this, married!
The crew behind this outfit even have a handy stock of "natural" photos (by that I mean without glamour or make-up, just relaxed selfies) of the individual women, which they produce if you engage for a bit, obviously to inculcate trust in the suckers who pay. I also strongly suspect that most of the "comments" received are in fact generated by a script: clicking on photos or sending a "wink" (both free) seems to keep the comments coming, and only when you're logged in. Only if you actually have credits does an operative seemingly get involved and start talking (probably a man).
This isn't the end of these people's uber-cynicism/true professionalism. They have also set up a number of fake "review" sites to review online dating, Eastern European mail-order brides, etc. These all say these sites are a "good option", and list a couple of minor negative points.
Need more proof? I tried twice to join posing as a woman (new IP, new email, new browser, cookies deleted). It wouldn't let me: instead I got a message saying "we review all our applications carefully and will get back to you". They didn't get back to me.
Every non-Ukrainian male here needs to read this: https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2014/apr/06/ukraine-wife-internet-romance-industry-online-scam. My heart bleeds for the guys here who have spent 000s of $/?/ and even flown out there. I personally wouldn't pursue a conversation if it means paying unless you can get some more proof that the woman you're talking to is the same one as in the pictures (e.g. Ask them to send a picture up with a piece of paper showing your name: but of course such lack of trust might destroy an embryonic romance. Hahaha - the management have really thought this one through).
A cruel but undoubtedly lucrative business model. I suspect that in most Western countries this is actually indictable criminal fraudulent deception. Presumably they have offshored these activities. But if the actual people behind it can be traced one day, and live in the US/Europe, etc, they may one day be sent to gaol/fined heavily. Probably not though. ENJOY the pictures of these tantalising lovelies but PAY NOTHING. YOU ARE TALKING TO A MAN (IMHO).
Victoria Hearts Review: My Personal Experience Finding Love in Ukraine
I gotta say, I was pretty skeptical when I first signed up for Victoria Hearts. I mean, with all the negative reviews out there, it's hard not to be. But let me tell you, those guys who are saying the women aren't real or that they didn't get anywhere with them? They're just not doing it right.
I chatted with several women on the site, and while some of them weren't what I was looking for, I did find one who I really clicked with. And let me tell you, she was definitely real. I even asked her to send me a photo of her holding a piece of paper with my name and the date on it, just to be sure. And she did it! So I don't know what all these other guys are talking about when they say they can't verify the women on the site.
Anyway, after chatting for a while, I decided to take the plunge and request her personal contact information. And I got it! We started emailing for free, and eventually made plans for me to visit her in Ukraine. We met up in Kiev with an interpreter and spent three amazing days together. Then we flew to Mariupol, where she lived, and spent another five days together. It was incredible.
And let me tell you, this woman was not a professional model. She was just an everyday Ukrainian woman who takes pride in looking beautiful and going to work every day. She even introduced me to her dog and her sister! So I don't know where all these other guys are getting their information, but I can tell you from personal experience that Victoria Hearts is a great dating site.
Now, I will say that it's not perfect. You do have to pay for credits to chat with the women, and the interpreter and guide services can be a bit pricey. But for me, it was totally worth it. I had an amazing time with a beautiful, thoughtful woman who made sure I enjoyed my time in Ukraine.
So if you're thinking about signing up for Victoria Hearts, I say go for it. Don't listen to all those negative reviews out there. Just be smart about who you chat with and take the time to verify that they're real. And who knows? You might just find the love of your life, like I did.

VictoriaHearts Review: A Complete Scam and Waste of Money - Stay Away!
VictoriaHearts is a website that I would not recommend to anyone. It is a complete scam and a waste of money. The website, along with 45 other associated entities, has been investigated by five separate Ukrainian Oblasts and prosecution investigation teams. Both members and the women who are photo profiled have been threatened and harmed both physically and monetarily by blatant fraud and conspiracy to defraud.
The website is involved in large-scale fraud, with many men losing money in legal or personal lost man hours. They are selling off personal data and have been hacked by a Ghana hacker group for many months. The list of fraudulent activities goes on and on.
I have a client who remitted and complained from May of last year about paying for airflights, hotels, transportation, expenses, gifts, etc. to see a fraudulent profiled woman named Victoria Dzyuba and an assigned translator named Oksana Trubitsyna, who were both validated profiles. Both are living with men, and even after proofs sent with many questions, the entities continued to validate them. Even Victoria's agency contact Sergei Petrov was found to be a non-licensed and fake entity. Many others here were also investigated and found to be from a telephone pool, and even men pretending to be women or women pretending to be the profiled woman and computer algorithms answering as profiles.
The head of support and others stalled and even threatened to take funds or credits and did not return payments nor multiple flight costs under what is fraud statutes' protections in Ukraine or the website's bogus User Agreement and fraud guarantee. They unlawfully canceled accounts at other associated websites by a nonsense and unlawful action after validated proofs sent to them. They stalled for months in sending back payments, and we had clients go to dispute all charges as fraud because they were adding conversion fees and even posting money to unidentified bank accounts not shown in the Member User Agreement.
The centralized support team for all 45 websites threatened members on recorded calls, and the website support teams have wasted months of time without contact or with further continuance of scam, user agreement sham, and even tax avoidance and money laundering to Cyprus, UK, and USA but avoided rightful tax payments in Ukraine and other countries where supposed profiled women or their agencies are purported legal entities to conduct business.
The user agreement is indeed a false and illegal contract, and it is an obfuscation technique to avoid payments of damages but fails the legal test here in Ukraine and in California where actions are in process. The 45 associated domains have lateral self-promotion with fake positives. Write a bad review as none will ever be posted.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone to stay away from VictoriaHearts and any associated websites. They are involved in fraudulent activities and are not to be trusted.
Beware of VictoriaHearts: A Warning About Scams and Lies on Dating Sites
I recently had an experience with VictoriaHearts, and let me tell you, it was not a good one. I am writing this review to warn others about the scams and lies that this site and others like it perpetrate on unsuspecting men.
First of all, let me say that I am a trusting person. I wanted to find a wife and I thought that this site would be a good way to do it. They make you believe that there are thousands of pretty young women who are seriously interested in marrying older men like me. But the truth is, it's all a big scam.
I could write a book about all the scams and lies that they told me. They use all kinds of methods to get you to spend money on their site. They constantly give you compliments and make you feel good about yourself. They make you believe that these gorgeous women want to talk to you and that they love you after just a few chats. But it's all a lie.
They charge you for everything on this site. Every time you want to chat with a woman, send a letter, or view a picture or video, you have to pay with credits. And they have a complex set of rules that allow them to charge you constantly. It's like they're trying to bleed you dry.
When I asked for proof that any of the thousands of women on the site had actually left and married a foreigner, they couldn't provide even one. They claim it's a security issue, but I think it's because there are no happy customers. If this site were legitimate, there should be hundreds of women who have left and married foreigners by now.
When I tried to leave the site because it was costing me too much money, the women on the site tried all kinds of methods to draw me back. And when I finally asked them to close my account, they offered me free credits to stay. It's like they're trying to keep you addicted to their site.
I paid for the contact information of six different women on the site, but not one of them would email me after I left the site. And there was one woman who I thought was different. She offered to leave the site and use an external chat and email. She said she was in love with me and wanted to come to Canada to be with me. But it was all a lie. She asked me for money to pay for her visa and living expenses, and I stupidly sent it to her. But then she said her bank took the money to pay off her student loans and she lost it. And when she left the site, she told me that they put an impostor in her place to continue generating money from her profile.
I could go on and on about all the scams and lies that this site and others like it perpetrate on unsuspecting men. But the point is, we need to do something about it. We need to get together and build a plan to stop them. We could file international lawsuits against them, use private investigators, get government cooperation, and raise public awareness. But it will take time and money to do it.
The sad thing is, there are people outside of these companies who see the money to be made and are starting to visit legitimate sites and apply scams like asking for money to come to you or for help for some fabricated reason. We need to stop it before it starts.
In conclusion, I urge you to stay away from VictoriaHearts and other sites like it. They are frauds and thieves, and they are getting away with it because no one is fighting back. Let's fight back and put a stop to this once and for all.
VictoriaHearts Review: A Complete Scam - Stay Away!
I recently had an experience with VictoriaHearts, and I have to say, it was not a good one. From the moment I joined the site, I was bombarded with messages from what seemed like hundreds of girls. Some of the profiles were obviously fake, but others were not so obvious. I eventually started chatting with a girl named Alina, who seemed to be one of the few honest and genuine girls on the site.
Alina told me that she was an only child who lived with her parents in a small village outside Kharkov. She was a full-time student who lived a simple life and wasn't interested in expensive things. However, after a month of chatting, she dropped her phone in the bath and claimed that she had no way of communicating with me except on the paid site. She continued to profess her love for me and even said that she would marry me.
I gave Alina the benefit of the doubt and continued to chat with her, but things started to get suspicious. Her social media activity got quiet, and when I checked her Instagram, I found that her phone numbers were posted for the world to see. She also asked me to buy her expensive gifts and would insult me if I didn't comply. When I asked her to do anything, she would get offended and give me excuses.
Eventually, I had enough of the lies and deception and asked Alina to take an English course. She refused to take any course except for the one offered on the paid site. I contacted customer service to get more information about the course, but their responses only confused me more. I realized that I had been paying a fortune for this fraud and decided to walk away.
My financial losses from being deceived and scammed by Alina and everyone else involved in the past nine months on this site are over $5k. I have reported other girls to the site in the past, but they have "verified" their stories and sent me on my way with 200 credits for my troubles. The site appears to be completely compliant in allowing fraud and cannot be trusted.
In terms of the company, I am not aware of any honest or legitimate companies that operate like this. They have at least five mirror sites they reference as affiliates but do not fully disclose by name or even link to, change their billing details every month, and violate their own terms and conditions. They clearly make no effort in checking any social media accounts as part of their verification process for their validated users and allow blatant lies and violations of their terms by the same validated users verified by the company.
Since deleting my account, I have been receiving obvious romance scam emails from random Russian and Ukrainian girls to my personal email account used to sign up for this site. This is a very odd occurrence to me as I never had this happen until shortly after requesting to delete my account. I now think this is another extension to their pay-to-chat fraud they host and I have every reason to believe that it is.
This experience has taught me that these sites are 100% fraudulent, and I would advise everyone to either cut their losses now or simply stay away. The stories, excuses, and gift requests are all interchangeable, and the end result will be the same. This fraud has to be stopped, and I am willing to volunteer any assistance, advice, or time I have to anyone I can provide help to.

VictoriaHearts Review: A Shady Ukrainian Dating Site Run by Americans and Scammers
My wife and I recently stumbled upon VictoriaHearts, a Ukrainian dating site that claims to have an office in Reno, Nevada. However, we were unable to find a phone number for them and the only phone number we found was linked to an investment firm in Edinburgh, UK. We suspect that this site is actually run by Americans with the help of Ukrainian and Russian agents.
The profiles on this site are supposedly of real people, but we believe that they are actually bought and sold to agents or agencies. The terms and conditions of VictoriaHearts state that they can operate profiles with persons of either gender, which seems like a cover-up for their shady practices. How do they really verify a profile when they are 10,000 miles away and taking a person's word over the internet?
It is clear that they do not care about the authenticity of their profiles as long as money is coming in. We have even found evidence of this ourselves. A few weeks ago, my wife and I opened a profile of a woman named Haylya, who claimed to be a 30-year-old psychologist with a PhD. However, we soon discovered that the person behind the profile was actually a scammer who admitted to impersonating people on the site. We were shocked and immediately ran out of credits.
When we got back online with a different person named Halyna, we noticed that they used slang like "wanna" and "nope." This made us suspicious that they were also a scammer. The first Halyna was ashamed of their job as an impersonator, which only confirmed our suspicions.
When we tried to contact customer support, we were met with scripted responses from people with American names like Harry, Julia, and Daniel. They refused to give us a phone number to talk to anyone and it was clear that their only concern was making money.
In conclusion, we strongly advise against using VictoriaHearts or any other similar sites like Victoria Brides, Amour Factory, or Jolly Romance. These sites are all part of a great scam that preys on people's emotions and desires. Don't let yourself become a victim of this fraud.
Real Women and Reasonable Prices: My Experience with Elena's Models
I gotta say, after reading some of the other reviews, I'm pretty glad I just used the free credits on VictoriaHearts and didn't fork over any cash. One poor guy lost $10,000?! Holy $#*! That's insane. But let me tell you about a site that's the real deal: Elena's Models. It's got real women and reasonable prices - about ?80 for three months, and you can message as much as you want. Sure, you might come across one or two scammers, but they get found out and kicked off the site pretty quickly.
I've been to Kiev 14 times to meet eight different women I met on Elena's Models, and let me tell you, they were all nice, pretty, and real. We went on proper romantic dates - sightseeing, traveling to other cities, even going to the movies a couple of times. I even went during Christmas and met some of their family members. It was a great time(s). In fact, I'm going back to Kiev soon to meet a very beautiful woman. Hopefully, she's the one.
You can tell that Elena's Models is legit because it's rare for a girl to message you first, and they decline your interest about 50% of the time. But hey, 50/50 is pretty good odds in the online dating game, so I can't complain. Give it a shot. My only advice would be to be realistic - the absolute maximum age difference should be 15 years, because even the good women will take advantage of an old fool. And be a gentleman, because it goes a long way in Slavic culture. Alternatively, you can just travel to Kiev in the summer - there are beautiful women everywhere, and they're very approachable if you're confident and polite.
What I'm saying is, if you're happy sitting at a computer talking to photos and paying money for it, that's your prerogative. But to me, a dating site is just an introduction. So I'll talk to a girl online for a week or so, and then start arranging a real meeting. The respect this leads to from the girl is immeasurable, because you have to understand that Slavic girls are looking for real men, not dreamers.
I'm just an average-looking bloke, but I've dated models, lawyers, dentists, and doctors (who could all be models) - all because I showed that I was confident and serious about meeting in real life, and ready to be the man in the relationship. And trust me, Slavic girls love this.
Victoria Hearts Review: Beware of Scams and Empty Promises
So, I recently went on a business trip to Odessa and decided to check out Victoria Hearts, just out of curiosity. I set up my profile with my home details in Australia and gave some genuine information about myself. Within a minute, I received an influx of messages from beautiful women of all ages. Now, I'm not exactly a spring chicken at 59 years old, and I'm not exactly a looker either, but these ladies didn't seem to care. They called me "handsome" and "attractive" and showered me with compliments.
I quickly ran out of my 20 free credits, so I decided to invest $50 in some more. I responded to several ladies in the 30-50 age group, all of whom claimed to speak English. We had some lovely conversations, and they all seemed enamored with me. They couldn't wait to move to Australia to start our wonderful lives together. So, I slowly worked the conversation around to the possibility of visiting them and having a great time together. I even told them how I wished I was in Odessa so we could have dinner. They responded positively, saying they wished I was there too.
So, I decided to take the plunge and told them that I was actually in Odessa and suggested we meet up. However, they all came up with excuses like not being able to find someone to watch their granny or not having a babysitter. I spoke with 22 women, and not one of them agreed to meet me.
At that point, I had run out of credits, and it was all getting a bit boring. I went to the bar, thought about all the women and their undying love for me, and got mildly wasted on the local vodka before going to bed.
I later found out that several of these sites are run by the same people, including Victoria Hearts and Charmley. So, my advice is to stay clear of them. They will hook you and suck your wallet dry. The women (if they are actually women) get a percentage of each credit you spend on them, and they are very good at charming the dollars out of your pocket. You won't even feel a thing.
Is VictoriaHearts Legit?
VictoriaHearts earns a trustworthiness rating of 5%
Stay away! We strongly recommend avoiding VictoriaHearts.

VictoriaHearts Review: A Complete Scam - Don't Waste Your Time or Money
Hey there, I just wanted to share my experience with VictoriaHearts. Honestly, I don't think it's worth your time or money. I came across some reviews online that seemed a bit too positive, and I suspected that they might have been cherry-picked. After trying the site out for myself, I can confirm that it's a complete scam.
The profiles on the site are real, but the people you chat with are most likely not the same people as the ones in the profiles. In fact, many of the profiles are copied from other dating sites. I found this out because I actually knew two of the women who supposedly had profiles on VictoriaHearts. When I chatted with them on the site, they had no idea who I was and couldn't remember any of the details of our past interactions. It was pretty clear that I was talking to a paid employee who was pretending to be them.
I did some more digging and found that some of the profiles on VictoriaHearts were posted on multiple dating sites. When I contacted one of the women on a different site, she denied ever talking to me on VictoriaHearts. It was pretty obvious that the site was just trying to get people to pay for chats and photo exchanges.
If you try to take things off the site and meet someone in person, they'll most likely make excuses and try to keep you on the site. And if you do manage to get a private contact, there's no guarantee that the person will actually respond. It's a complete waste of money.
Overall, I would definitely not recommend VictoriaHearts. It's a total scam and you're better off looking for love elsewhere.
VictoriaHearts Review: Changes to Terms and Conditions and Rules
This site, VictoriaHearts, has recently made some changes to its terms and conditions and rules. There are two major changes that have been implemented. The first change is related to meeting, while the second is an enhanced disclaimer of liability for the use of the agency.
Personally, I have always been skeptical of dating sites that use agencies to provide ladies for the site. It makes me wonder if there is ever a situation where a commission is not involved. In my mind, any commission raises questions about the motives of the women on the site. I understand that there is a lack of work in Ukraine and the wages are terrible, but is this really the solution?
I once had a lady tell me that she had initially joined the site to make money from me, but then found herself becoming more interested in me as a person. This led to many moral arguments between us. If someone starts out trying to make money from men on the site, but then changes their mind because they have found someone they like, how do they get over the fact that the relationship started with deception and an intention to make money? It is possible to move past this, but it takes a lot longer due to the trust issues. After all, if you start out trying to make money, are you any better than a sex worker? I even told my lady that she was worse because at least a sex worker gives something in return!
In these circumstances, the written word means very little. It is important to meet and talk in person. It is important to move away from Ukraine.
The good news is that the change in the rules means that there is no liability for what happens at a meeting that the two of you arrange for yourselves. This means that there is an implicit acceptance that two people can arrange a date between them, which is how it should be if you want to develop a loving relationship.
Finally, there is some other good news that will affect many, if not all, sites that use agencies and PPL. Ukraine wants to join the EU and has a permanent contact system with EU officials. Corruption has always been high on the agenda, and now dating agencies and dating sites are also being scrutinized. After all, if you are taking money as commission but have no desire or intention of having any relationship with any man, you are deceiving and defrauding men, which is a criminal offense.
One EU official working in Ukraine joined a dating site and found that he was paying very large sums of money to achieve nothing. His anger is now being used to rectify this stain on the character of business in Ukraine, with police cooperation, of course.
Why Negative Reviews of VictoriaHearts.com Are Unfair: A Perspective from a Satisfied User
I gotta say, I'm pretty surprised by all the negative reviews I've been seeing about VictoriaHearts.com. It seems like a lot of these guys are just expecting it to be like any old American dating site, and then they get all upset when they realize that the women on there are from a completely different culture. I mean, come on guys, do your research! These women are from Eastern Europe, they're not gonna act the same way as women from the US or Canada or wherever.
One of the big complaints I keep seeing is that all the women on the site are models, and that they're just using professional photos to trick guys into thinking they're more attractive than they really are. But honestly, that's just ridiculous. Ukrainian women are known for being beautiful, and it's totally normal for them to want to present themselves in the best possible light on a dating site. Plus, they're not gonna call you "honey" or "sweetie" just because they're trying to scam you - that's just how they talk!
I've actually had a really great experience on VictoriaHearts, precisely because I was looking for something different from what I could find on a typical American dating site. I'm sick of all the drama and expectations that come with dating women from my own culture, and I wanted to try something new. And let me tell you, Ukrainian women are amazing. They're kind, caring, and incredibly smart. They don't care about age differences the way we do in the West, and they're not all hung up on formalities and social norms.
So if you're thinking about trying out VictoriaHearts, my advice would be to go for it. But don't expect it to be like any other dating site you've ever used. Take the time to learn about Ukrainian culture and what makes these women so special. And don't be afraid to put yourself out there and try something new - you might just be surprised by what you find.
VictoriaHearts Review: A Scam or Legit Dating Site for Finding Love in Ukraine?
So, I studied Russian history and language and lived in Russia for a while. My Russian skills have deteriorated over the past couple of years, but I still had a strong desire to use it again and visit Ukraine. That's why I decided to give VictoriaHearts a try.
I must say, MOST of the girls on this site are either scammers or bots. However, there are some real girls on the site, but even then, I doubt that most of them are actually sitting on the site chatting. They probably have someone else at an agency communicating for them. Some of the communicators are really good, though.
There might be a few girls who do get on the site from time to time, but not many. Some of the girls will send a photo with your name in it quite fast if you ask, but that doesn't prove their intentions are good. It just proves that they're real.
The cultural attitudes towards dating and age gaps are different on this site, and the women are quite different too. They're high-maintenance and have high standards. They want a confident and successful man, preferably an attractive one. It's pretty obvious, right?
IF, and I mean IF, you plan to visit Ukraine anyway, you can take a chance on this site. Be a gentleman, show some interest in the country and language, and you might get a date. I did meet a girl while I was there, and we even kissed once. She seemed like a legitimate person, but she got sick while I was there, so I only saw her twice in 8 days. I don't know if she was really sick or not, but she's a sweet girl with ambitions and living in a poorer country. I have her phone number and can communicate with her through WhatsApp, but it's up to her discretion. So, I don't know if it's really her or someone representing her on the site.
There were some inconsistencies in what she said on the site vs. what she said in person, but they weren't huge.
Another girl found me on Facebook and now communicates with me there. I've gotten to know her a bit, and I even help her with free English lessons. She's sweet, but I don't think she's supposed to have contacted me on Facebook.
Mostly, this site is a scam. Not all of the scammers will try to tell you how sexy you are all the time. The "girl" I talked to was very pleasant and made some efforts to earn my trust. We eventually got onto an "I love you" basis, but now she's gone a bit cold on me.
With that said, I think it's possible to find a real girl on this site if you're respectful and kind, and if it makes sense for both of you to pursue a relationship. But it's unlikely.
VictoriaHearts Review: A Waste of Time and Money - Fake Women and Excuses Galore
This website, VictoriaHearts, is not worth your time or money. They charge for everything and the women on the site are fake. I have tried other sites like Ukraine Charms, Asian Charms, and Romantic Tales, and they are all the same. Men pay to talk to women who will contact them first, and they all act desperate to convince you that they are serious about finding a relationship. However, no matter how long you talk to them or if you even go to Ukraine or Russia to meet them, they will make excuses and never meet you.
I spent over *** USD on this site and over a year and a half talking to women. I even went to Kiev in July 2018 to meet a woman on my birthday, but she never showed up. I helped another girl start a business, but she has not even tried to see me in the 2 months I have been in Kiev this time. I have scheduled through the site 6 dates since I've been in Kiev this time and all of them have canceled. These women are going out of their way to attract men, and they are some of the most beautiful women I have ever seen. However, they will not meet you and will act like it's too soon no matter how long you talk.
The site makes thousands off just one man and millions off the rest of us idiots that actually believed there was someone out there for us. These girls will not meet you and will act like it's too soon no matter how long you talk. All of them talk like even when you meet and have spent your entire savings on this site and have gone broke on multiple occasions trying to find someone here that you should still pay for everything else also. I literally had one date through all of this, and she brought a translator and I was made to pay for that after everything else I've lost. Then she tells me she wants to meet the next day, the next day comes and she cancels, then said she had a great time on the date but she can't see me on the weekend either, and continued to make excuses.
I know that some of you will say we should never give up, but I say you are stupid. I quit. Having a family and being a dad was my biggest dream, but now I just want to stop. I quit and give up, and I honestly don't give a S about having a family anymore. My purpose in life is about helping people, and I think my time should be spent on that instead of wasting my time actually having hope that one day I will actually matter. So, keep your $#*! opinions to yourself about not giving up because there is not someone out there for everyone. Some of us are just not good enough.
If you want to waste thousands of your money talking to women that are only playing and helping this site steal your money, then by all means, have fun. But if you want to speak to actual women looking for a relationship, use Unrainedate.com. The women there are harder to impress, but at least they are real.
VictoriaHearts Review: My $10,000 Mistake - A Scam Designed to Prey on Desperate Souls
mistake I did.
So, let me tell you about my experience with VictoriaHearts. I spent almost 6 months on this site and ended up spending around $10,000. At first, I thought it was a great place to find love, but boy was I wrong. The site is designed to lure you in with promises of finding your soulmate, but in reality, it's just a bunch of crooks taking your money and laughing all the way to the bank.
One of the biggest issues I had with VictoriaHearts was the number of unread messages I had. I had upwards of 8500 unread messages, and most of them were form letters that they could just change out the name. It's clear that they are just shotgunning for desperate souls to prey on. If you're a multi-millionaire, you might have a chance, but even then, I doubt it. Who wants an overpriced prostitute anyway?
The thing that got me the most was a beautiful dancing blonde bombshell that goes by Victoria Member ID #***. She was talking about love, marriage, kids, and all of it. She is 23, and I'm 48, so you can probably imagine the money flying out of my pocket. It's like going to the casino and feeding money into that one slot machine that you think is going to pay off sooner or later, but it never does and never will.
They even have a gift shop where you can buy your favorite fantasy girl anything from flowers to candy. And just to make the scam seem more realistic, you can even get your girl English lessons! Everything is overpriced, as you can probably imagine. I sent my girl 30 roses, which cost a little over $300, plus another $50 for them to deliver them. They said she would receive them within 8 days, but that's just a lie. What they do is contact the model who is in the photos on the profile that you think loves you and is going to be your wife. They bring the model in and take a picture of her holding your gift and card to seal the deal for the scam.
I was on the phone with customer support because it was day number 8, and I was chewing them out. Well, somebody didn't hit hold, and I could hear them scurrying around, talking about getting the model in and getting the girl in place for the photo. All of the profiles you find on there are worked on by different women or men whose sole job is to keep you spending credits so you will have to buy more credits. There may be a few real girls here and there, but I almost doubt it. They have a fine-oiled machine they are running, and these are professional criminals who probably have local authorities in their back pockets.
My Kryptonite hottie even went so far as to say she was coming to see me and was in the process of applying for her Visa. So how did I finally leave? Pretty simple deal actually. I asked her to simply write my name on a piece of paper and take a picture of herself holding it and send it to me, and she couldn't do it. Then she tried to say how she couldn't believe how I didn't trust her. She kept saying she would provide the photo, but I never saw it. If one surfaces, it's only because they had the model come in to take the pic, just like with the flowers.
Without question, this is a scam. Do not be fooled and think your case will be any different, guys. I hope my pain and lesson learned helps prevent you from making the same mistake I did.
VictoriaHearts Review: Beware of Automated Algorithms and Fake Profiles
I never thought I would try online dating, but I decided to give VictoriaHearts a chance after reading some positive reviews from happy customers. The site claims to have women from Ukraine and other regions, which caught my attention since I am familiar with the culture and attitudes of that area.
After spending some money to chat with women, I was disappointed with what I found. Here are some of my observations:
- The site partners with Ukrainian and Russian agencies to acquire its portfolio of women, but these agencies are not vetted and may have girls who are used to extort money from men.
- The site requires the use of credits at a high cost to chat or mail internally in the system.
- After just 7 days, I had more than 500 interested women, which made me suspicious. So, I changed my handle to "Male_name" and took down all my pictures - but messages kept coming addressing me as "Male_name".
- Chats with some of the women became lewd and disturbing in a very short time, which was not normal when genuinely getting to know someone.
- Chat messages appeared to be automated and cyclic, meaning if I left the chat open and did not respond, the same message would populate eventually as if it were a new conversation.
- Mail messages that I responded to did not correlate with what the women wrote to me, indicating the use of an automated algorithm.
- When I asked for alternate ways to keep in touch, I received vague and common answers that showed a pattern.
- Support finally admitted to the use of algorithms to generate all the mail and messages, and tried to call it flirting. Essentially, the system randomly picks a profile, sends you a message, and baits you into answering for a price. Your message is actually the first real one.
- It is unknown how many profiles are artificial and created by the service, as this was admitted too.
- The site does not list a business address or details, and support avoided providing it to me.
In conclusion, I would not recommend VictoriaHearts to anyone looking for genuine resources for online dating. The site's use of automated algorithms to bait users into talking to someone who may not be real is very clever. It is possible that the site is using genuine women as a tool for their means.
What are the images of Victoria hearts are photo shopped and they do a good job at it. Show me images below of the same woman two different locations on Victoria hearts save your money.
Stay away from Victoria hearts actually stay away from most of the dating sites. I spent one year in $3000 and it didn’t produce anything I’m a sucker I learned my lesson.
Unsolicited emails
I am receiving unsolicited emails at a high rate (multiple per day). They come from email addresses like "24BLPWJ.[protected]@2p0a3bx2.us" with the "2p0a3bx2.us" portion changing often, and the 24BLPWJ.24BLPWJ changing every time. It makes it difficult to block these emails. I have been receiving them for a few months now. I've had to add over 250 separate spam filters, and the messages keep coming in from new email addresses daily.
Several of the emails they've sent out use profanity explicitly, or refer to things such as "Your f#ck-buddy is waiting."
The emails have the tag:

I would like the Nevada DA's office to investigate this company and see how they are acquiring these email addresses, and the rate at which they are sending out unsolicited spam. Since they are sending out profanity and solicitations for sexual encounters, it's possible this email is winding up in the hands of minors.
Daily spam emails through spoofed email address
I am getting unsolicted emails from a spoofed email address contact_@sysprem.com.
I have tried to block these to no avail. I am also getting 6 - 10 similar emails daily from this email address covering things such as fat diets to sexual services.
I have tried to unsubscribe using the link in the emails and either these just don't work or my PC security warns me that the site is unsafe or there is another security risk.
These emails are driving me bonkers and somebody needs to block those domains and/or prosecute them.
If you search on the internet there are hundreds of people complaining about the same issue.

I have been communicating with a possible partner in eastern Europe for some time but no longer, i have not yet arranged alternate arrangements to stay in touch, keep getting the following message

People on this website may be dishonest and want money or one night stand. You should understand it before signing up. No one will compensate your broken heart.
If you want to find a real mate you better go to the nearest cafe or restaurant (or whatever it is) and learn to be braver. That's where you can find normal people without mental problems, without the whole family behind (it may happen in real life, but it's likely possible to meet dishonest people on the website). Don't spend your time and money on this. Be smarter.
Stay away from this vile filth. It's disgusting.
Are there any pending lawsuits against this dating site?I have been to the VH dating site refuse to spend any money there, before I spend that kind of $ on a woman I've rather get a female android which will soon be available. The perfect companion!
