We were on holiday in April 2022 in Aruba and those people talked us in to buy the membership of VIP Guest Services. They were promising everything and told us if we don't like the service they will refund the money we paid. It was
US $2700.
I wanted to book accommodation with them but I found out that their prices more expensive than what I can find with another online companies. Therefore I want the refund but it is impossible to reach them.
I am trying to call but the number what they gave me is invalid. I sent a couple of emails but there is no answer from their side.
They are rip off the people.

We got taken by them when they were ResortWeeks. We got taken for a lot more money. We need to expose them wherever we can. And complain to Aruba tourism, that might help shut them down.
They are slick changing names. What a bunch of crooks.
We went on a once in a lifetime vacation with my large blended family. Three graduated from high school. They could not fix a simple problem with transport from the hotel to the airport. We wasted three days of our vacation dealing with the lackluster back and forth between Amstar services, Funjet, and VIP guest services. I will not give a positive review until they make this up to me and my family after the thousands of dollars spent and they can’t communicate and accomplish a simple task of adding the three of my family members. Please reach out and correct this and I will take down the negative review.
