I ordered a Paramount 60” fireplace Nov 23 and was charged for it yet to date have not received it and can’t get a response from customer support.
Day & Ross the shipper was to deliver the order Dec 5 and I ensured someone would be home as I was out of country. They returned the order back to Vision’s citing they couldn’t reach me. They only tried via phone and did not leave a voicemail and did not attempt via email either.
I sent several emails to cust service desk and on Dec 15 Scott investigated and said it would be resent on Dec 18 and he asked the shipper D&R to reach out to me and to email him if I had any problems.
I have not heard from them, cant track the package and have sent many emails to Scott and not heard back. I just spent 30 min on hold with Visions customer support line at which point I was advised by a recording no one was available and hung up. This is the worst experience ever and require the fireplace for an upcoming renovation.
At this point after 6 wks of waiting and no response or product I just want my money back and expect a credit processed on my credit card ASAP.
