Vista Logo Services_Vista Logos Harassment, USPTO Account Hacking, Federal Impersonation ICCB and Fee Extortion

Copy of my previous communications to them regarding everything they have put us through at the worst possible time of my life is copied below.

With no resolution and now this week reaching out with additional scams of ICCB text fraud, USPTO login hacking for more extortion attempts on taking our Logo.

Brynn I think you need to call my husband, Brad Ashley [protected], and have a serious discussion over your latest attempts to unethically extort more money from us with even more undisclosed fees for a Logo, made in honor of and named after my deceased son, that we already paid you for.

I also want the information used to lock me out of my USPTO account by you going in unauthorized and changing my password as well as the fraud of impersonation of an ICCB official to aid in your extortion.

Please see attached and advise as soon as possible.

"I want all my money back accept for the Logo and the copyright, as that is all that have provided us.

You, VISTALOGOS, have been scamming me from the very first call I made at a time when I was very vulnerable with the death of my child. I only called requesting a Logo and you continued to push me to then do a website and maintenance even though I told you we weren't ready for one yet.

Then it was copyrighting/trademark, then it was you needed even more for for further copyrighting cert requirements to complete it.

Then it was a Domain and host, after you already went in and locked down the domain name we wanted so no one else could help us with more of your scamming.

Then it was content even though I reminded you that we were not ready for the website and I had already started to research and work on the content myself. We once again gave in with more money.

Now that we are getting close to being ready for the website I send you the content form and the content I had already started myself and I find out you already had the website live without our approval.

Surprise once again when you are starting to work on something else and another issue or need comes up, Security (WHICH YOU DID) as more of your scamming. You call and try to blame me for going in and doing something to cause a security issue that will need fixed for the content, how the hell would I have done that. I'm sure the security was also not a part of the package we bought, why the heck would we buy the package from anyone if we thought they were not going to maintain it's security, and now you want even more money for the security of the website.

Next week will be the one year anniversary of the death of my child, the one I already told you we spent all our money that I had left on VISTALOGOs and now you are putting me through hell again with your harassment.

We have paid you around 10,000.00 and all we have is a Logo and a supposed copyright/trademark, where is my proof on it?

I want my money back for the rest of the sales scamming and for your to stop the harassment and mental anguish you have put me through since June, see email trails below.

Advise ASAP!
