Worst service - not providing appointment
I received a call from VLCC marketing team on November 11 2020 regarding a promotion coupon. The marketing person told If I buy that coupon I can use any 10 services in VLCC branch. So I bought that coupon. After getting that coupon I get to know only particular services can be used. That was a big disappointment for me. Then I visited to VLCC Muroor road branch and asked for an appointment but they did not give me an appointment. I called 3 times to muroor road branch VLCC.They are not responding properly. They asked me to go to Khalidiya branch.In the promotion it is clearly mentioned as " coupon can be used with any branch of vlcc " Everytime they are telling me I will check and update but no proper response. So I called to VLCC MEA Corporate Office (04 327 3574) They gave me this number 0557337809 and raise a complaint. I called that number and I spoke with one lady regarding my issue last week, she told she will discuss with VLCC Muroor road branch staff and she will book appointment for me, but till today I did not get any call from VLCC. So once again I called the same number 0557337809 today and I asked her appointment, but she is shouting with me and talking rudely. I never saw these types of customer support and worst services. She is insulting me. I bought coupon but not able to utilize that.At Least they should speak with politeness. Worst support and services.
I need refund for that coupon .They should pay me penalty also

Very bad staff prerna in female slimming vlcc sz
Staff called prerna is very unprofessional, rude and provides bad customer service. She cancelled my appointment without my consent / messaging a day prior and argues for basic things like giving a clean gown to change.
Men's slimming section in same branch is so flexible and customer centric if I raise the good service prerna replies rudely and asks for audit in there.
Prerna doesnt provide clean gowns, cancels appointment wihtout consent, comes up with new rules on the fly to harass clients.
Minus prerna, other staff is good but suffering in silence, hope vlcc managements takes some action to save the branch... Am saying as I have been client from 2016 but harassed by service after prerna joined.
Face laser treatment
Hi, my name is Shumailawaqas and I purchased a treatment package from VLCC Sheikh Zayed Rd. VLCC invited me to their facility to introduce me to their services. They promised advanced services and machinery. They said they guarantee 100% satisfaction. But when I started the doctor who was doing my laser did okay but after that they told my that doctor has shifted to another branch. But when I ask them I want that doctor so book me for another branch they told me no we can't because she is not doing laser anymore, but I liked that doctor and she explained well. But after that they started showing their real face whenever they booked me for next session they called me and try to tell me false stories some times machine has broken some time the person who is operating not available once they cheated me and did with wrong machine. But now all limit has crossed today is my appointment and as usual one day before they called me and another story I want to talk to their manager and she is disappear every time they are saying either she is busy with Clint or not available. Pls do some action this is not acceptable hope you will take some serious action I have seen many complaints regarding this VLCC Sheikh Zayed Road branch need help to fix this problem as soon as possible!
Terrible service and off the shelf poor machines - fraudulent activity
I purchased a treatment package from vlcc sheikh zayed rd. Vlcc invited me to their facility to introduce me to their services. They promised advanced services and machinery. They said they guarantee 100% satisfaction. The first treatment I was shocked at the lack of hygiene of the facilities, the equipment was old and not advanced at all, their beds and rooms were dirty, towels torn and smelt bad and the staff were not wearing masks. Their staff not trained at all. I demanded immediately a full refund and told them that this was not what they sold me. I did not want to continue with the treatments. It has been over two weeks and I am chasing them daily. They asked me to try at least one or two times more and kept on insisting. I went again and I made the junior staff show me their equipment. I was shocked to see its state and very old and not the advanced equipment that they promised. I have been calling and sending messages daily. Their customer care manager is as bad as their staff. It seems they are all trained on fraud and lying. The facility is dirty, unsafe and does not offer what it promises. Will be raising a legal case against them and with the consumer protection department. Such companies should not be allowed to operate

Same time when she make plan treatment for me I told her are you sure the plan will be effective This time with me she said I guarantee you and I promise it will work
Then I told her Under one condition if it's not workImg then return my money back she said I will return your money back if not working
When it's didn't work she said I can give you only One session for one treatment for one more time!
and again she said I will give you another plane and she let me pay again for that
My complain is how she promised me for plan and to return my money back if The treatment not working but still she ask me for paying more for the clinic

I came for VLCC for treatment not for stealing my money From me and not getting a good result
The reputation for the clinic will be bad if the manager doing that

i had a similar experience. You should complain to the consumer protection department as it seems they have cheated a lot of people as well. The more people who complain the better for them to start running an honest operation

I have a problem with one of you're branches in Abu Dhabi in Al Khalidiya.
My bookings/sessions were made under my name Dana Laksa in VLCC Clinic in Khalidiya branch during October /December 2019.
Right now am I reaching out to Nadia and her Philippino Assistant in this branch nobody seems to reply me on WhatsApp-when I ask about refund- as there are many sessions I haven't used and I won't be able to use them and nobody seems interested to care about it as long as they charged me a lot of money earlier-so after that nobody cares.
Who should I reach out to?
I paid a lot of money and none of my sessions are finished or booked consistently and now they are ignoring me?
I have many sessions left (around 4 and they are very expensive too) it's sessions of PRP plus Microneedling, I just want everything remaining refund. I paid all of this in October and December and now it's end of June!
I can't use my sessions as a lot of time has passed already since October /December and I don't have the time anymore to use them as these sessions takes time to complete and unfortunately in VLCC nobody was interested in completing them so I want remaining sessions to be refunded but Nadia and her assistant aren't helping me to find a solution. They only took my money and were promoting packages like big time but never bothered to reply or help me to calculate all my unused sessions and to let me know the exact prices and remaining sessions. Actually some of those packages that I bought I barely used- like the Hair package is basically unused-I want my money back, I want a solution! This hair package I paid 2200 dirghams and I had been to the hair salon 1 time only!
They always told me hairdresser missing and we can't at this day/that day it's like super difficult disaster to book anything in that clinic and expecially salon and unfortunately I don't have time for this anymore, I bought this package in 23rd of October, please I want a refund and now it's end of June.
Why they are not disclosing the information of my unused sessions? Is Nadia and her assistant hoping to use my packages I paid for, for themselves or they're friends? This isn't fair at all-I paid in total around 20, 000 dirghams and I get full ignorance in this clinic and no solutions I am not joking. All they do is promote packages but after no initiative to book sessions or to complete them or help with refund or some solution after all! There are people who got fired, sick and left-there must be a solutions for people who's situation changed!

Their service is horrible, staff and the managers all very unprofessional and disrespectful. Incredible how they can allow to have such business. The service they provide is the worst they ruined my skin instead of fixing. They cannot even manage their bookings. They overbook people there is always miscommunication or misunderstanding in between their staff. Everything is an issue zero management. Finally I had enough and I don't want to continue with them and they are not refunding my remaining money. This is not different than stealing money! We should all come together and open a court case against this company and show what is rip off!
Agree 100%. They definitely are frauds and need to be closed down. This is a sham operation.
Their equipment is old and not advanced, their facilities dirty and staff poorly trained. With Covid also their lack of hygiene should close them down. Paid a fortune on the promise of getting state of the art services but Instead received the most basic of old Equipmrnt. Definitely should take them to court and complain to the consumer protection. This is totally rip off company. I paid aed 20.000 cash in 2014 to loose weight which was promised by your employee manager n was fired and then many managers changed. Didn't loose a single pound. In and out I decided to quit hence loosing all my money. gIn got call from your employee with promise again to help me loose. Couldn't continue at that due to travel and when I went back they said I used up all my sessions and my case was closed. The matter is not using my sessions or how long cause I was never told anything g in detail regarding time frame. Was only told don't worry I am here for you which was a complete lie. am Ms.Rubina and have enrolled myself at Dubai Qusais branch for availing the services of weight loss program.
I opted for 50 sessions for AED 5, 250/- out of which I availed 17 sessions only at the above mentioned branch, due to my personal reasons I moved to Kingdom of Bahrain for couple of months, and I was assured in the month of September by the Managers of the branch, Ms. Amreen and Ms. Nandini that my remaining sessions will be transferred to the Branch of Bahrain and the request for such transfer was already sent to Bahrain branch. Time and gain I was following to have a written confirmation of the transfer and it was denied stating such communications as internal and confidential.
On 14th October, again I insisted for written confirmation for such changes, I was given confirmation in writing by Ms. Amreen as attached herein. I was promised that Bahrain branch will contact me within a weeks' time. However it's been more than two months from my first request I have not received any calls from Bahrain, however I tried to reach the Bahrain branch to my utter dismay I was informed that there was no such request issued by Dubai branch.
I contacted Dubai Branch for clarification of my transfer, time and again I received false promises and explanation by Ms. Amreen that the matter will be resolved at the earliest and my request was already transferred to Bahrain.
I repeatedly asked for written proof of such transfer however all my request were denied on some or the other pretext.
I was very patient with your staff believing in your professional commitments, but my endurance was tested by your staff repeatedly.The last communication with Ms. Amreen was on 14th November and I persisted to take legal action, thereafter a screenshot of fake email (attached herein) was provided to me as a proof of transfer by Amreen, however after scrutiny of that screenshot I realized it was just a draft email without any recipient prepared on the same day I.e. 14th nov, after which I confronted Ms Amreen through WhatsApp chat (screenshots attached) why I was being fooled around from last 2 months for just a transfer. As I had enough of this fake promises and unprofessional behavior I decided not to continue my sessions and asked for a refund.
My request for refund was totally ignored by your team and I have not received any call, email or message.

hair service - colour and keratin
I am regular customer of VLCC but this time when I went for hair services for colour/ highlights and keratin. Iam not satisfied with the product use and quality of services. I paid 13500 rs for this and just after 10 days... now I am panicking that all my money wasted as the effects last only 10 days. cheating against the name of family card

The complaint is for Janak Puri Branch.
I have got my family card from this branch in the month of March and got my services in April and May and 14th May I left for Australia, Which the staff was well aware of.
I came back yesterday and got my appointment today, and the staff told me that my card has exceeded the limit of it's usage and i will have to pay them extra.
Keeping my records, I talleyed my card entries with a register they maintain.
They have made fake entries by themselves which I pointed out.After my discussion they agreed that it was by mistake and staff themselves have come the entries in the register.
That's what Ms.Rajni working their told me.
Which was hard to believe because if the staff is going till this extent to meet the targets, it's difficult for any customer to track such duplicate entries.
I got my services done today and for a simple blow dry, they charged me 450.
When I asked them to show me the price list, Ms.Rajni and other staff girls standing at the reception claimed that they made a mistake as none of them remember the price of blow dry and claim of working there for more last 10 years.
For my medium hair length I Was charged for long length price which I did not bother to argue as it was clear how they are generating the revenue for that branch.
I just left the salon disappointed.
I would not recommend this salon to anyone as they lead to poor level of customer satisfaction with cheating approach.they were littertly making the changes in register in front of me. THATS THEIR RECORDS OF SERVICE.NO INVOICE IS SENT AFTER SERVICE.AND THEY NEVER SHOW THE PRICE SHEET INFRONT OF YOU.
I was ignoring it all the time that they speak different price for same service I go to them and share 0ne stupid reason that the prices have been updated and we are yet to receive the revised sheet in print.Today I checked their system and they were caught straight away for lying. THE BEHAVIOUR OF ENTIRE STAFF IS AS IF THE CUSTOMER NEVER ASKS THEM FOR PRICE AND CREATE A DRAMA OF CHARGING HIGH BECAUSE OF SOME CHANGES DONE, THEY ARE HAPPY CHARGING EVEN RS.100 EXTRA FOR EVERY SERVICE.
THE MANAGEMENT NEVER SHARES THE PRICE CARD AND LATER THEY DONT SHARE THE INVOICE DOESNT MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU ASK THEM.
This salon is a NO NO recommendation who anyone who thinks they are spending their hard earned money at an authentic salon.

I, Sarnasree Saha a member of VLCC Shakespeare Sarani Kolkata would like to bring into your notice that I was threatened at the VLCC Shakespeare Sarani premises by the manager Mrs. Anupama Gowli and the staff members namely, Manju, Lopamudra Ghoshdashtidar and around 20 others on 30th July 2019. I was threatened to not enter the premises of the centre or else I would be beaten up by the management and their staff following a trivial matter of lowering the volume of the music being played in the gym the previous day. Later on, as I reached the centre and tried entering the premises I was warned by other clients who were leaving the centre to not enter the gym as the management was hatching a plot to beat me up. As a women, I felt very unsafe where my MODESTY could be OUTRAGED. There were other clients who witnessed such an inhumane and disgraceful act of plotting against me. My question to the concerned authority is that where is the security of a woman? Doesn't VLCC look after the security and modesty of a woman? Is VLCC nurturing criminals like Mrs. Anupama Gowli and her accomplices? I appeal to the concerned authority to take stern actions against the people involved and provide me with justice or else I would have to lodge an FIR at the local police station against the whole of VLCC and drag them to court where I am sure that justice would be meted out to me.

I started my sessions of laser hair removal last July 2018. I have finished my six sessions and I didn't satisfy by the results then I talked to the manager her name is Suhair She discussed with me to take another three sessions to get better results I told her that i want to quit then she promised me if I take these three sessions she will give me one more session free. I agreed but in one condition the payment should be one hundred Omani riyals and for each session she agreed and then I started doing the sessions when I reached second session yesterday 30 July 2019 the staffs in the reception started pressuring me to pay two hundred Omani riyals instead of 100 as what the manager Suhair promised me and i was keep telling them and repeating what Suhair promised me then they informed Ms.Neelam she came to me in the laser room started shouting at me and telling me I can't let u start your session unless you payed the whole amount and I told her that I discussed with the Suhair manager about the payment. Then she forced me to pay and brought to me the credit card machine in the room and I was wearing rob (their laser dress) in that condition she behaved rudely with me to pay the amount anyhow. Then i payed 100 RO and I canceled my all sessions and left very angry from there without doing the session i told the receptionist about her behavior .
They should trust on the customers as I payed monthly but she didn't respect me among the staff and forced me to pay in that condition .
Please I request you to take strict action against Neelam about her behavior towards me as she doesn't know how to deal, talk or behave with the customer and even many people i have seen them in the reception complaining about the center.
