My parcel was supposed to be delivered today by RAM Couriers Hand to Hand. I received a call Friday last week at 1:16PM to confirm contact details and for driver to give me a call.

The cellphone number listed was wrong and I provided the correct number (Which is the number which the lady called me on)

I waited all freaken day for this delivery and it needed to be delivered today as I am leaving for holiday. Then I call customer service and they contact the driver and he says that he tried contacting me but I was unavailable. I requested proof that he contacted me on my cell 066 ### #### and then the driver was not available anymore. He had left for the day and weekend.

Then I am told that I must wait till next week Monday. So I postpone again and make myself available Monday. I contact them Monday morning and I am told that there will not be deliver today I must wait till tomorrow.

I contact Vodacom to report this and spoke to 3 individuals that listened to all I had to say and them tells me that they need to transfer my call to the relevant person. Upon the last transfer to the supposed correct individual the call goes to the automated service delivery survey rating. Which I obviously gave all zeros.

Why Ram liar that they came to deliver while they did note come the when I make a new arrangement for my order they take my order back to Sender you Ram have poor service
