My parcel was supposed to be delivered today by RAM Couriers Hand to Hand. I received a call Friday last week at 1:16PM to confirm contact details and for driver to give me a call. Vodacom / RAM Couriers new contract and device delivery

Good Day, I have had a parcel from Vodacom at your Witbank Branch since Friday, Vodacom Tracking no K1865034. I work on a site just outside Middelburg but reside in Witbank, We contacted them on Friday and arranged for them to deliver at my home, Monday I contact them and they said no they would deliver to my work on Tuesday, I contacted them yesterday and they advised today, again today I contacted them and they said tomorrow. The info on the Tracking page is inaccurate and not recorded correctly. Also, the telephone just rings continuous, one has to call sometimes up to 3 times to get a response. I am extremely disappointed in this services, especially from a well know and reputable company as RAM. Due to this services I have contacted Vodacom to cancel my delivery. So not only will Vodacom start losing customer it is also a poor reflection on RAM couriers and I am certain it will affect your business in the Witbank area. I contacted Vodacom today to cancel the deal as well, because this is for a gift, but they advised I can only cancel after 3 atempted deliveries, in a week they have been so full of excuse and not attempted to deliver once. So how long should I wait, this is really unacceptable from both parties
