Dear Sir/Madam My name is Manpreet singh sidhu and I am living at Calgary, Canada. On 17th december 2015 I have taken IPTV box from Vois by paying full amount (i.e 340 cads) and later i came to know the box delivered is not containing the wireless antenna. then after consulting them they have delivered the antenna which found to be faulty. Now again when we have contacted vois they are saying its not available in stock, and they are not aware when it will be available. ok thats fine. then i asked for a refund as they have given the default product and for which there executive is saying that they will not refund the amount and they don't care if i will put complaint also. Then I have realized that they are the worst service provider in Canada.I am new to canada and really don't have the luxury to spend without services during this financial crisis. They are scammers, they are doing this from 2011. I will not recommend anyone to use VOIS service, its to bad they have no any standard in any aspect of quality, services, customer service.
I bought VOIS IPTV In 2014, sales rep offer me 2 packages 1 year and 5 years, I took 5 years for which I paid $50 more and it has been 4 years and 2 months my IPTV is working fine. I will suggest to order right package and not just blame the company. I know almost 5-6 people in my family/friends and none ever faced the issue with VOIS. I will highly recommend VOIS.
23rd November, 2013. I still remember the day when I bought VOIS IPTV box home. My family loved it so much and that love turned into a bond of trust and euphoria. I recommend VOIS IPTV to all those who want to stay connected to India.

This is for Manpreet singh sidhu. Take the company to small claims court to get your money back with court fees and your trouble of taking them to court. Sue them for $2000 and see what the judge would award you.
