I have enrolled this Program on 14th October. But we did not Liked the Layout. There are so many buttonsclicks to go to see any movie or serialepisode. in some of list the movies are poor quality screen, we tried to do favorites but again you don't get access to other program in other lists. It's not at all users friendly. I informed this to Mohin Khan our sales representative. He called us after few days and told us that it will cancel, and you will get your refund. It's been over month I havent seen any refund I am trying to call since last 1 week, spoke with Sonya Sharma from Customer service, she said the same thing we will arrange a call back. she couldn't helped me in cancellation. I wanted to speak with MR. John Watson. they said will arrange a call back never received any call back. Such an unprofessional company. Looks like no one want to give after sales service. They are just behind stealing the customers money with BOGUS SERVICE.
Such a pathetic service I ever experienced in Canada. I just want to cancell the service and refund me the same.
