Volaris cost me to miss my flight and 1500.00 I had to pay for another. I will never fly with this company again and I will share my experience with everyone in the usa and file a complaint with the aviation department as to my losses. I came to the airport 3 hours ahead of time... They gave me bad information on the boarding gate and when I arrived 20 minutes before departure they did not allow me on the flight telling me it was closed... They made no announcement and made no concessions for missing my flight it cost me the loss of connection in puerto vallarta with my next leg of my travels and 6 hours more waiting in méxico city... I flew with volaris 50 times this year... It will cost you 10's of thousands more as I lead tour groups and you will loss 1000's of flyers through my agencies... I will never do business with your company again... Not because of the money but the lies your employees say to cover themselves in their mistakes!
