Vova Vova Review: Don't Become a Victim of Their Refund Scam

I gotta tell ya, Vova is not the way to go. They promise you a refund in 17 business days, but they drag their feet until they close the case. Then, when you email them to ask about your refund, they act like they have no idea what you're talking about. They tell you to confirm your PayPal account, and when you do, they say they'll pass it on to the pay department. But then they make you wait even longer. And when you finally email them again after a week, they don't even bother to respond.

Listen, if you want to buy something that's actually worth your money, go to a real website and buy a real product. Vova, Wish, Wholee, and all those other sites that come from China are nothing but scams. And even if they're approved by bigger companies, that doesn't mean they're any good. Don't waste your money on these fake products that end up in the trash after just two days. Be smart, my friend, and think twice before you have a very bad experience like I did. Don't become a victim of Vova.

Vova Low Quality Products and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Vova

I gotta say, I tried Vova and it wasn't the best experience. I got a couple of things from there and they were all pretty low quality, but at least the price was decent. I thought I'd try my luck with an auction for some AirPods, and they were going for around 60 bucks each. I figured that was a pretty good deal, but boy was I wrong. The battery on all three of them died after only 20 minutes! I tried to complain about it, but they told me that the 7-day complaint window had already passed. How am I supposed to test three devices in just a week? It's ridiculous.

Honestly, I'm done with Vova. I'm closing my account today and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. If you're reading this after having a similar experience, I'm sorry. It's just bad luck. There are plenty of other platforms out there that are way more professional than Vova.

Anyway, that's my two cents. Take it or leave it.

Vova Vova Review: Great Service, But Why Are They Asking for a Photo of My Credit Card?

Been using Vova for over a year now and I gotta say, I'm a happy camper. No issues whatsoever, and if something doesn't arrive, they refund you. It's that simple. I've recommended them to so many people, I can't even keep count. But recently, something strange happened. Out of the blue, they asked me to send them a photo of my credit card. The one I used to pay for my last order. Now, I've used this card multiple times before, and the charge is already pending at the bank. I'm not even sure if it's legal to ask for a photo of my card, but I'm definitely not sending it. They said I could cover everything except the last 4 digits, but I'm still not comfortable with it. After all, I've been using this card for over a year without any issues. The funds are on hold, and the bank hasn't challenged or denied the charge. So why do they suddenly want a photo? It feels like something fishy is going on.

Vova Unhelpful Customer Service and Misrepresented Products: My Frustrating Experience with Vova

I recently had an experience with Vova that left me feeling quite frustrated. I ordered two pairs of trainers from their website, and while the quality wasn't amazing, I was willing to overlook that. However, when the shoes arrived, I discovered that one pair was the wrong size. I had ordered a UK 11, which was listed on the website as EU44, but the shoes that arrived were actually a UK 9. This made them completely unusable for me.

To make matters worse, the shoes also had pink accents around the edges, which was not shown in the pictures on the website. I had ordered them for myself and my son, and we were both expecting grey, white, and black shoes. Needless to say, we were both disappointed to receive shoes with pink on them.

When I contacted Vova to request a refund, they were extremely unhelpful. Despite my providing pictures of the size tag and the pink accents on the shoes, they refused to issue a refund and asked for more evidence. I was at a loss as to what more evidence I could possibly provide - they had sent me the wrong size and misrepresented the color of the shoes!

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Vova. Their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive, and I will not be ordering from them again in the future.

Vova Vova's Request for Personal Information Raises Red Flags: A Customer's Review

I've been a loyal customer of Vova for years now and I've had very few issues with their service. However, today I received a message that left me feeling uneasy.

The message asked me to verify my account due to a risk with my Vova account. They requested two images for verification - my photo ID with my name and image showing clearly, and a front side photo of my bank card with the cardholder's name and the last four digits of the card number showing clearly.

At first, I was excited to see that Vova is based in Hong Kong, which is pretty cool. But then I started to wonder why they would need such personal information from me. I mean, why would a site need a picture of my license and my charge card? It seems like something major has changed and I don't trust uploading any info, no matter how cool the items are. I smell a rat.

I hate this change and I consider it bad form and poor business. As a customer, I should be able to trust that my personal information is safe and secure. I hope Vova can address this issue and regain my trust.

Vova Affordable and Reliable: My Experience with Vova's Customer Service

At first, I was worried about the customer service at vova.com. I thought that if I wasn't happy with something I bought, it would be difficult to get help. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to work with vova's customer care. I was a bit skeptical at first because the service was automated, but it turned out to be a great experience. I have shopped with vova so much now that I can't stop!

I love all the products that vova has to offer. They have a wide variety of items at cheap prices compared to other shopping sites and apps. If I'm not happy with the fitting of something or the product I received looks nothing like what I saw in the images, I can simply ask vova's customer service about it and they are happy to help. It's great to know that I can rely on them to make things right.

The shipping time can be a bit long, but it's free shipping so I shouldn't complain. I just have to be patient and wait for my items to arrive. However, I do appreciate that vova offers many extra activities in the app to get coupons or things at a better price. It keeps the online shopping experience exciting and makes me want to keep coming back for more.

Vova Vova.com Review: Terrible Service and Refund Policy

I used to love shopping on Vova.com. They had a great selection of products at good prices, but their shipping times were always a bit crazy. However, recently their service has gone downhill. I had an issue where I didn't receive my items by the set date, even though I extended the date, and they refused to honor their refund policy. I had to go through PayPal to try and get my money back, but my items are still in limbo somewhere.

My latest issue was when I ordered a dress and received a tiny package that could never fit what I ordered. I told them I wanted a refund, but they refused. I didn't even open the package because I knew it wasn't what I ordered. When I finally did open it, I found two stinky rose incense packages and a note saying that the item was discontinued by the manufacturer. What a load of BS! Why did they even send it in the first place? They should have told me and offered me a refund or credit right away.

I'm still fighting to get my money back, and it's been a huge hassle. I wouldn't recommend using this site unless you want to risk a struggle down the road. I hope they can get back to how they used to be, but for now, they're a massive joke.

Vova Terrible Experience with VOVA: Inaccurate Size Chart and Damaged Item

This website is absolute rubbish! I would never use it again! I recently purchased a T-shirt from VOVA and was extremely disappointed when it arrived with a hole in the neck where they had cut a label out of it. I paid nearly ?20 for this garment and expected to receive something that I could actually wear. However, this was not the case. To make matters worse, the size chart was completely inaccurate and did not match the actual garment size. I ordered a medium with a 36" chest and received a medium that measured only 31". It fits my youngest child who is only 10 years old and slight for her age!

I have been trying to get a refund for over a month now, but my seller and the "services" at VOVA have completely ignored my emails about the damage. They simply respond by telling me that I should have checked the size chart. What does the size chart have to do with the bloody great hole in the item? It's ridiculous! I have given up on trying to get a refund and have instead ordered the same item from ALI for only ?10. It arrived in just 7 days and is perfect.

I will never use VOVA again. Their customer service is terrible and they are completely incapable of understanding complaints, which is the whole reason they are there in the first place. I highly doubt that anyone has ever received a refund from this site. They suck! I purchased this garment from the seller xinguangxing and my order number was 041c1f7ff32b1e07 for the Polo Ralph Lauren Women's Limited Polo Bear T-Shirt in grey size M for ?18.23.

Vova Stay Away from Vova.com: False Promises, Terrible Quality, and No Refunds!

OMG, I can't even with Vova.com! Seriously, stay away from this hot mess of a website. They promised me a full refund if I downloaded their app, but that was a total lie. They claimed to have refunded me, but my bank statement says otherwise. I ordered 9 items and they were all delivered separately, which was annoying enough. But then they only refunded me for the first item and refused to refund the other 8. What kind of 100% refund is that?

And don't even get me started on the quality of the products. It's absolute garbage. The sizing is way off and the fabric is like the cheapest crap you've ever seen. Seriously, don't wear it near a naked flame or you'll go up in flames faster than a matchstick. I tried to cancel my order multiple times and asked for a refund numerous times, but they just ignored me.

I wish I had read the reviews before I spent ?120.00. I recommended this site to my friends before Christmas, but I had to tell them all to steer clear after my first order arrived. And it took over 3 weeks for everything to arrive, which is ridiculous. And don't even try to blame it on COVID, because that's just a lame excuse.

These guys are a bunch of cowboys who use pictures of real products to trick innocent people into buying their shoddy crap. Trading standards seriously need to step in and shut them down before anyone else loses their hard-earned cash. My name is Emma Hamilton and if you need proof of my review, just hit me up and I'll show you the pile of garbage taking up space in my house.

Vova Vova Flash Sale Review: Too Good to Be True?

Vova is an online store that caught my attention with their flash sale. It's similar to other stores like Wish, but they offer high ticket items like laptops and cameras for a ridiculously low price. I couldn't resist the temptation and decided to try my luck with a MacBook Pro 15 that was being sold for only $32. I mean, who wouldn't want to get a $2000+ laptop for such a low price?

The flash sale had a limited quantity of only 10 units, and the clock was ticking. I had 8 hours to wait until the sale started, and I was already counting down the minutes. As the time got closer, I started refreshing the page every two seconds to make sure I didn't miss the add to cart button. Finally, the moment arrived, and I refreshed the page at exactly 00:00:00. But to my disappointment, the laptop was already out of stock. I couldn't believe it! Was it even real? Did anyone actually manage to buy it?

I started to wonder if the flash sale was just a way to generate traffic to their site or if it was some kind of time zone thing. Maybe people in other time zones had an advantage over me. I'm not sure, but it seemed like a scam to me. Who would sell an expensive laptop for only $32? It didn't make sense. I even started to question if the product was legit or if it was a Chinese knock-off.

Despite my disappointment, I decided to give Vova another chance and bought a pair of wireless earbuds for $12. I'm still waiting for them to arrive, but I'm not holding my breath. At least they weren't as expensive as the laptop, so I won't feel as bad if they turn out to be sub-par.

Overall, Vova seems like an interesting store, but I'm not sure if I trust their flash sales. It's too good to be true, and I don't want to waste my time trying to buy something that might not even be real. I would love to hear from someone who actually managed to buy something from their flash sale and see if it's worth the hype.

Vova Warning: Stay Away from Vova.com - Terrible Customer Service and Shady Practices

I gotta say, Vova.com is not the place to be if you don't want to lose your hard-earned cash. I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with them, trust me. I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me the wrong size, but they wouldn't take responsibility for it. Their customer service is a joke - it's just a computer that spits out the same canned responses over and over again. It's pretty clear that they don't care about their customers when they can't even be bothered to reply personally. And if that wasn't bad enough, they've even gone and blocked negative reviews on other sites. That's just shady, if you ask me. So take my advice and steer clear of Vova.com. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers and will treat you right.

Vova Disappointing Experience with Vova: Wrong Sizes, Incorrect Decals, and Poor Quality

I was so stoked when I saw that Vova had two of the king bedding sets that I was looking for, but when I tried them on my bed, I found out that all of them were only queen size and not North American sizes. It was a total bummer! The owl decal that I ordered was supposed to be multicolored with outspread wings, but when I received it, it was black with wings to its side. What a letdown! And to top it off, the gold decals that I ordered didn't even stick to the wall. What a waste of money! The pillow slips were also too small, which was super annoying. I lost almost 200 dollars on this order, and I'm so disappointed with Vova. They're such an unreputable company, and I would advise anyone to stay away from them. I'm from British Columbia, Canada, and I'm so upset that I wasted my hard-earned money on this terrible experience.

I bought something from Vova and it took like forever to get to me, like over a month. When it finally arrived, the package was like super flimsy and when I opened it up, the product was like leaking out all over the place. I don't even know if it was tampered with or not, so I'm like scared to even use it. I wouldn't buy from them again, especially since they don't even bother to like contact you or send you updates about your order. It's like they don't even care about their customers. And the shipping was like a total disaster. The product wasn't even in a box or anything, just like in the container it came in. I have like zero confidence in this company now.

Vova Terrible Customer Service Experience with Vova: No Refund, No Item

I recently made a purchase on Vova.com and unfortunately, the item I received was faulty. I decided to return it for a refund, but to my disappointment, I never received it. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with Vova's customer service.

I must say that the customer service I received was the worst I have ever experienced. It was inconsiderate and left me feeling disgusted with Vova. I was left with no item and no money in the end, which is a terrible feeling.

I plan on telling everyone I know about my experience with Vova's customer service. I will also be writing about it on every blog and shopping-related website I can find. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can prevent others from having to go through the same thing.

It's unfortunate that Vova has lost at least 20 customers over a refund of almost ?30. I wonder if it's worth it to them. I hope that they will take my experience as a lesson and improve their customer service in the future.

Vova Disappointing Experience with Vova: Still Waiting for Parcels and No Refund

I ordered from Vova back in April and I'm still waiting for my parcels. They were supposed to arrive a while ago, but they haven't shown up yet. I've sent multiple emails to Vova, but I've only received one response. They told me to wait and said that they can't do anything about the items if I haven't received them.

I'm really frustrated because one of my parcels was supposedly delivered, but I can't find it anywhere. I've been in touch with the post office, but they say that there's no sign of a parcel in my name. I don't know what to do because I've already requested a refund and it was rejected.

I'm going to have to take this further because I've lost a lot of money. It's really disappointing because I was looking forward to receiving my items, but now I don't know if I'll ever get them. I hope that Vova can resolve this issue soon because I don't want to have to deal with this anymore.

Vova Unreliable and Disappointing: My Experience with Vova Online Store

This is not the first time that I have had a bad experience with Vova, and unfortunately, it seems like they are not a trustworthy company. I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received from them, and I would not recommend anyone to shop with them.

The sunglasses that I received were of very low quality and definitely not worth the money that I paid for them. I was expecting to receive a high-quality smartphone, but instead, I got a cheap pair of sunglasses that I could have bought from a street vendor. This is unacceptable, and I feel like I have been scammed by Vova.

I have tried to contact their customer service team multiple times, but I have not received any response from them. Vova Mixed Feelings About Vova.com: Is It Legit or a Scam?

I recently made an order on Vova.com and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the items I was looking for quickly. However, when I received the email confirmation about my order, I was a bit confused. Vova Vova: Low Prices, High Risk - My Disappointing Experience

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Vova. I mean, I know their prices are lower than other sites like Joom, but dang, they just can't seem to get their act together when it comes to delivering the right stuff. And if they mess up, good luck getting them to honor their warranties. It's like they got a whole scam going on or something. You buy something, it don't show up, and then it magically goes back to them. And you're left with nothin' but an empty wallet.
I made the mistake of shopping with Vova again, even though they done me wrong before. I ordered a leather bag in brown to match my boots, but what did I get? A wine-colored bag that don't match nothin'. I sent 'em pictures and everything, but they still won't give me my money back. It's like they don't care about their customers or something. I reckon I'll stick with Joom from now on.

Vova Disappointing Experience with Vova: Incorrect Product and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Vova that left me feeling quite frustrated. I had ordered what I thought were 10TB external hard drives, but instead received three hard drive enclosures. I was disappointed to find out that the listing had been changed to state that they included no memory, but I was still hopeful that I could get a refund.

Unfortunately, Vova's terms and conditions only allowed for a partial refund, as the items were not different from what was described. To make matters worse, I was charged import fees for items that I had no use for. Needless to say, I was not happy with the situation.

To make matters even more frustrating, Vova contacted me outside of the review site I had used to leave a negative review. They tried to coerce me into removing the review by saying that they would only refund me if I did so. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund through PayPal, but it was a stressful experience.

Overall, I would not recommend using Vova. Their customer service was lacking, and the product I received was not what I had ordered. It's important to be cautious when ordering from online retailers, and I would advise others to look elsewhere for their shopping needs.

Vova Disappointing Experience with Vova: Missing Items and Poor Customer Service

I was pretty excited to try out Vova for my online shopping needs. I placed an order for a few shirts and eagerly awaited my delivery. However, when my package finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that I only received 7 shirts instead of the full order. I was hoping that Vova would replace the missing items, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

To make matters worse, the 7 shirts that I did receive were all different colors and had a star on them. I tried to reach out to Vova to let them know about the mistake, but it was really difficult to get a hold of them. Eventually, I was able to get in touch and I let them know what had happened.

Unfortunately, Vova's response wasn't very helpful. They accused me of already receiving my full order, which was definitely not the case. I was really disappointed with how they handled the situation and it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

At this point, I don't think I'll be ordering from Vova again. I don't feel like they value me as a customer and I don't want to risk having another negative experience. I won't be recommending Vova to my friends, family, or anyone else for that matter. It's a shame because I was really hoping to have a positive experience with this online retailer, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
