VW Soweto review: Complaint

I brought my car soweto vw for service on the 20th of March then I had a problem with my display Camera got the quotation on top of my Major Services I was told Wiring it's the problem didn't have the problem I've paid the money.. 10 days later the Reverse Camera not working next day again not working I called Given then he said I must bring the car back was not available I had to sent my partner then the feedback that I got from the video Clip that was sent from Given I'm not happy with it all he says the Camera it's not working due to the cable been eating by the Rat or Dog number one yes Soweto there is lots of Rats where I'm staying there are NO Rats in the yard number two the Dog is too big won't even fit underneath the car to eat the cable and this car it's been parking in the yard for decades there are more than one car in the yard why know the cable it's been eating either by Rat or Dog and on that note of the Dog if you can re look into the that clip if the cable it's been eaten by the dog it doesn't come out like that remember the dog will be fighting eating the cable... Again I was not available my partner fetched the car Given tried to cal me unfortunately at work cellphone are not allowed I give my landline I don't know what happened I tried to call him back after I saw the video clip he was not on his desk according to the person who answered the phone I left the message he didn't come back to me so I'm asking myself the money that ive paid it want down to the drain I've paid close to R3000 then I was told again it's Wiring other R3500 for the car to be Fixed after they checked the car again when I put Reverse its stacked like it's Frozen even if I change the gears the camera doesn't came out of the screen so I'm asking myself what really happened to the money that ive paid. I called Vw Soweto several times including VW customer service and ive sent emails several times no way forward
