I wish to pay my holiday balance and the warner's site does not activate correctly. As a platinum club member this is not the first time either. This happens a lot of the time which necessitates a phone call which I refuse as I believe it is a con to get people to wast money on phoning. What is more the warner's brochure clearly request and advises payment by on-line as too does their answer phone. If this is not rectified I will highlight this in trip advisor.
