Warranty Direct is a scam company. I spent $1300.00 purchasing their top of the line extended warranty. My altenator went out and was repaired by an authorized dealer. Coverage was in order, the part was a covered part, and the repair facility was an authorized facility...yet Warranty Direct DENIED the claim. I got the impression this was a scam operation working out of some strip mall in New York. BEWARE>>>>RUN, don't walk, to another company! do not let them take your money only to deny you any recourse to which you are entitled and have paid for.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
