I purchased a Wasauna Steam shower unit for $4500. It has never worked correctly. I have had to replace multiple faulty display units and the entire electronic controller. The company only warrantees parts, so they WILL NOT send a qualified service technition/plumber to fix the unit. Its like the engine on your car breaking after you drive it away from the showroom and instead of fixing it, they send you some new engine valves and say, "do it yourself!" This is a complex unit controlled by several computer boards, which are not properly shielded from the water tubes. It is crappy and made in china. AND THE COMPANY WONT FIX THE UNIT! First the controls broke, then the shower started suddenly heating up to 120 degrees on its own (!), then it stopped working completely. Then the jacuzzi broke. They are pitifully short of tech support, so it takes them forever to get parts to you, and still they make YOU FIX IT!

This is by far the worst company that i've dealt w/! Pretty much everything i'VE EXPERIENCED already been statedby others. It's a piece of crapt product made in China.
I was told by Jon Raleigh that the parts are shipped from China but China won't ship until they have enough orders to make it worth their while. This takes months!
This tub has caused so much damage to my floors from Switzerland due to constant leaks!
The power pad breaks down.
